Great views easy to find and great location

Limited toilets, especially if you’re in the overflow you need to walk to the other side

Amping field

No access to site facilities as they were reserved for static holiday hire. Toilet block was not well maintained and was out of toilet paper / generally a mess. Ladies was reported as a disgrace and swimming in water etc on the floor.

Clean campsite overall. Multiple bin and water points. Campsite respectful of quiet 11-8am rule. Children across the campsite played together which was lovely. Location was great. Small walk to arcades and beach. Got to use other facilities such as soft play on the site next door. We also went to sunny sands mini disco and swimming.

Toilets clean first day and filthy for the rest of the week. Often ran out of soap and toilet roll. Floors black with mud.

Where the site was located. Lovely views of the hills and sea. Liked that the site wasn't too overcrowded and pitches were nicely spaced. Also liked there was a security barrier.

The toilet block was dirty and not cleaned often enough for the footfall. The showers were dirty and drains blocked so water accumulated in tray. There was only one washing up sink for the whole site so was always a queue.
Pod lights were on all night so lit up our tent.
Would have liked to have seen a security presence on the site during the evening.

Not able to choose our own pitch

Beach was lovely!

Overcrowded pitches and no play areas which meant every minute outside the pod you had groups of children and adults playing football or cricket over your pitch to the point you couldn't cook a meal or sit outside without getting hit by a ball!no representatives from the sight around to complain to-not that they were interested when you did!toilets /showers were disgusting!three showers per sex for the whole area!they were cleaned once a day and that was questionable!!no loo roll and,blocked toilets -never again!!

The park is kept very clean. Nice field fairly level with good grass and good for tent spikes. The location is good and it's nice to be able to use the facilities in a couple of the neighboring Lyons holiday parks. On arrival the pitch that we had been allocated was too far for us to access the electricity and the manager explained that this is sometimes a problem when you book through pitchup.com. However they were able to move us to a more suitable location within reach of the electricity even though the park was very busy so plus points there for customer service.

Being woken every morning from around 4:30 a.m. by screaming seagulls. Quite quite a few seem to hang around the park. Also there is only one wash up sink which isn't adequate. The park was busy when we were there and you had to queue every time to wash up.

The site had good views overlooking the bay. We were unsure the pitch we were given was big enough for our tent. The lady on reception was happy for us to move elsewhere. We liked that it was a short walk to the nearest beach and took advantage of the train stopping minutes from the site. Overall a good site with a free leisure pass to use pool and leisure at a caravan park about 20 mins walk down the beach.

The toilets were cleaned everyday however the shower and toilets facilities need increasing to cope with demand. Showers were blocked due to sand.

Really great, family friendly site. Location is perfect. 5 minute walk to beach.

Toilets and showering facilities could be improved and cleaned more regularly than once a day.
