Location was picturesque with horse fields and forest surrounding us. We walked the Torrent walk which was a 4km walk in total. Walk to town took us about 20-30 mins, it's down the side of a couple of roads without footpaths so wouldn't recommend it with children.
Facilities were modern and clean.
We bought some wood from reception for a fire which was good and not wet.
There is electric hook up and water taps on all the hardstanding pitches.

I have visited multiple campsites in the past 3 years but this little gem ticked all the boxes. Massive kudos for the management who have gone above and beyond about providing essentials in the vending machine. (Sanitary emergency pack, coffee/milk/sugar pack, wet wipe pack, washing machine tablet). Great selection of instant foods. You can purchase hygiene essentials, towel for good price. Has everything you need- even if you’re camping and where it was situated was perfect. Cannot appreciate it enough, very happy - will come for longer next time. spoke to other people who used the other glamping and safari hut options and they really recommended it to us so have passed this on to friends and family! Site caters for all, seems to be all seasons too which is a MEGA bonus!
