Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again

We send all relevant information including pitch number, directions and our phone number via text a few hours before arrival. If there is no one in reception at any time, this means that we are working around the campsite or checking/cleaning the toilet and shower blocks. In the event that there is no one at reception there is always a sign on the door which provides a phone number that you can call should you need any assistance. Had you let us know that you weren't happy with your pitch, we would have happily located another pitch for you. We feel this review is unfair as you did not give us the opportunity to help.
