We wanted an “adults only” location in North Wales and The Paddock didn’t disappoint! The site is spotlessly clean with excellent toilet/shower rooms and spacious pitches. There are numerous beaches within a few miles. You can walk to the local village where there is a pub, community shop, riverside walk and the Lloyd George Museum.
The owners, Juliette and Lee, were extremely friendly and explained everything to us on arrival. The communal area has a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and other items such as washing-up liquid, scourers and tin opener.
We look forward to returning to The Paddock and would totally recommend others for a stay.

The toilet and shower facilities were always clean and fresh whenever used. Other site users very respectful of each other keeping communal areas tidy and the site is well placed for trips to town and supermarkets a short drive away. A handy Go Outdoors close by helped us when a tent pole broke.

We loved everything about our stay at the Paddock. The facilities are amazing really going above and beyond with fridges and kitchen appliances for everyone to use and little goodies for sale for when you no doubt forget something.

What a gem of a place.

This is the perfect spot to be in for exploring North Wales, particularly Eryri National Park.
The hosts are wonderful, extremely attentive without being over-bearing, and have though of everything. Right down to forgotten packed items available to borrow or use like washing-up liquid.
The facilities are immaculate much like the entire site. The toilets and showers are likely the cleanest we have seen.
I really cannot fault a thing and if we are back in North Wales, would absolutely stay here again.

A small bit fantastic site. The bathroom facilities are the best I've ever seen on a campsite and the pitches are huge (full 10m x 10m).

The site is dog friendly for well behaved canines and there is a small dog walking area you can take them if they need it - but there is the whole of North Wales that starts right outside (and a really lovely riverside trail just down the hill in the village)

One of our favourite camp sites - this is our second stay here and it’s still just as wonderful. Facilities are immaculate and the little shed (again with everything you need right down to a kettle and toaster) was a lifesaver in the rubbish weather. Love that the site is quite small so never a queue for the showers and so peaceful. So easy to get to the coast and plenty of shops and pubs within a 15 minute car ride. We’ll be back soon!
