Thanks for the review, we do put the what 3 words coordinates and mention that the sign states 'events site' in the arrival information. If you have any feedback as to how we can make it clearer, we would appreciate it.
The gate being closed is also mention as you get a code to the gate in the arrival information. With regards to it being locked, it should have been, unfortunately campers don't always do this when leaving which we can't control. Again, any feedback on how to get people locking the gate would be appreciate.
