Every pitch was spacious and backed on to Sand Dunes which lead to sea. The facilities are clean and cater for everyone. The main thing is my kids loved it and we did too

Indoor Swimming Pool was very clean.

Swimming pool could have been a bit warmer & the food in the bar was a bit expensive.

Like it all scenery, amenities clean and cleaned regularly, shop on site for the little things left behind

Everything was lovely nice and clean close to the beach. Staff we helpful and friendly

Had to leave could have stayed forever !!

Pitch, layout and touring facilities

Very disappointed that dynamite club was closed and open for two nights only, which is one reason we book resort. Singer Hollywss wonderful she had a lovely voice, she also took part in the couple of quizzes in the bistro in eve with her partner and they were great, keeping everyone engaged and laughing.

touring area not very well signposted. staff not very friendly or sociable. needs signs in sands bar for toilets. drinks in bar expensive. too many barking dogs.

Close to the beach and walks

When I booked this holiday I asked to be close to amenities due to disability. When we arrived we were informed by guest services to take our motorhome to Morpeth sands. The receptionist gave me a map she then drew on it showing us how to get to that area. My sister is disabled and is unable to walk far. We did however take her mobility scooter with us. After settling up our drive away awning I had a short walk with my dogs. The nearest shower block had no disabled facilities. The pavements were quite high and the roads were uneven and had pot holes in places. If I hadn't erected our awning I would have moved. Later in the week my sister was on her mobility scooter when one of the sites buggies came towards her my sister had to move nearer to the kerb for this vehicle to pass as the roads are very narrow, this resulted in my sister hitting a pothole which threw her off her scooter which landed half on her. People around were very helpful and wanted to call for a ambulance. My sister was extremely embarrassed by the situation and just wanted to get back to me. This episode ruined both of our holiday as she was bruised all over. No one from the site got in contact with her even though it was really caused by one of the buggies they drive looabout in.

Lovely private beach Lovely views with sand dunes . Shops near by ,on site restaurant. Pitches were a good size .

The way down to the beach was very steep . The restaurant was expensive. And the shower blocks were full of cobwebs an spiders .they looked grubby could do with a good scrub .
