Anyone can pitch or park caravans or Motorhomes how they want without keeping a safe distance from other pitches. Only one drive over grey waste

Facilities were clean, plenty of showers so no overcrowding, nice hot water and great water pressure! Access to the beach was lovely and my son enjoyed the playground. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming and the pitch was a great size. Would definitely stay again

The customer service was great, and we liked that we could choose our own pitch.
The facilities were good, the shop was well stocked but a bit pricey, but a supermarket was close by.
Lovely beach.

The main bar had entertainment which was OK but £29.95 for a not very nice bottle of white wine wasn't OK, we have no problem on paying that much for a bottle of wine, but please offer something that is drinkable, and when the bar staff delivered our cocktails to the wrong table and we had to chase up replacements, it took the gloss of what would have been a good evening.
The bar/restaurant by the beach was a great place to chill with the lovely views but the dirty/sticky menus were a bit of a put off and when the waitress brought out our lunch, without cutlery then we had to wait ages for her to return with it was not good.

So glad some of the reviews didn’t put us off this place, it was just what we hoped for! A short walk to the huge, beautiful beach which wasn’t ever overly busy so we were able to let our dog have a run round and play in the sea, which he loved! We were pitched on the campsite furthest away from the beach as the other one was full, but we were actually happy with this as the pitches are HUGE and it was far less cramped and there was less people to use the facilities. The toilets were regularly cleaned and stocked, there was a lot of bugs in there attracted to the light so nothing can be done about that. The showers were hot and the washing up area was spotless. The shop has everything you could need, there is also a Lidl a short walk away and an M&S just a little further. Takeaways deliver straight to your pitch, the bar also does takeaway meals too. Plenty of staff onsite & security too. Big screen to watch tv both inside and outside the beach bar. There is a bus stop just up the road which takes you right into St Ives town. It was the most relaxed we have felt at a site, we weren’t conscious of noise or our dog as there was such a laid back vibe and the other campers were the same, enjoying themselves but respectful when it got late etc.

The food on site is quite expensive for what it is. The walk to the beach can be a little strenuous, we were fine but anyone with mobility issues would probably struggle so one to bare in mind. The outside TV wasn’t on for one of the England games which we would have liked as inside was full. Choose your own pitch worked out well for us being on the less busy site as my parents were able to get the one next to us the day after we arrived but can imagine this can sometimes be an issue if people want to be together and it’s more busy than it was when we were there.

Super location near the sea, super value for money. The site was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Showers and toilets clean and well looked after. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely visit again

Nothing much..

Toilets and shower block need updating...very steep down to beach.club house over priced and poor entertainment.how they call this a beach resort baffles me.
