Great location, everything was in walking distance, the Halloween theme was fantastic, first time as a family we used our camper van.
Definitely be doing that again.

Mud and rain

The views and beach are amazing which is the main reason we went, the entertainment was great and pitches nice and clean aswell as the toilets and showers.

The arcade is very small which was quite disappointing also had quite a few leaks from ceiling so buckets all about also the big main shops like asda/tescos is over 30 minutes drive away which is a pain but I should have really checked that out before booking.

Had to up grade from tent to caravan due to poor weather. Caravans very nicely done out and comfortable.

Sadly the toilet block in the field we were ment to be in was locked up. The whole site was so boggy. The site is extremely confusing about whether it allows dogs or not. It was ment to be a family trip and my parents have a dog and told they were not able to stay by rude staff members. Spoke to manager next day that then allowed them to stay.

Close to the beach and great entertainment for the kids

Lovely pitch and ground. The beach was close enough to walk to with surf boards and the toilet facilities were clean and tidy. The reception staff were also very helpful. There was also a shortcut path to the village.

Flume only open on weekends so we didn't get a chance to go on it and the toilet/ shower block could do with a face-lift.

The facilities were disgusting. The men’s were cleaned on Monday then left for the week- I don’t think the womens got cleaned whilst we were there at all. The dirt and decay in there was horrendous- not merely because it was end of season, they had been decaying for years.
The show at had one girl on to cover the whole bar, collect glasses and do table orders so she was frazzled, luckily the security helped with glasses but she was still overwhelmed. She did a great job though.
One rain shower and the roof of the clubhouse leaked like a tap- that’s not unexpected or sudden leaks, the security joked they were part lifeguards. This place could be fabulous if they had some maintenance team on park. It just felt neglected.

Great pool, great location close to the beach, nice pitches, some nice parks when you go to find them.
Good value for money for camping in off season.

Looking pretty aged. Pool showing signs of age, toilet block was frankly grim as it is dirty and stained and just looks unpleasant, food at the coast bar took ages to come out and was cold even then, although hardly anyone at the place at the time. Pool very busy.
Poor customer service. Paid more for a pitch on croyde burrows and got pitched on taw anyway.
