Regarding electricity usage, we do operate a smart meter system which includes 12 kWh of electricity per night within the stay, with any additional usage being chargeable. This information is available on our website, on booking platforms, and within our pre-arrival information, as we aim to be transparent before guests arrive. The system has been introduced to ensure fairness for all guests, balancing those who use higher amounts of electricity with those who use standard amounts.
