The quality of the pods/value for money

It included a seating area bench/table which converted into a bed, fridge, kettle toaster and a heater. We didn’t need to take much at all! The pool looked lovely but due to shoulder injury we didn’t get chance to go in.

Nothing we have rebooked for 2 weeks time :-)

Pool was cold but was assured it was on task list

Touring field layout and side pitching. Bar is really cheap and relaxed and friendly. Site currently been modernised. Can see massive investment happening on site. Amazing atmosphere, static residents arranged bingo and karaoke really fun night. No need to book for pool. Kids loved the park. River access through sites jetty also beautiful walking along river staff can’t do enough to help, Phil the manager is one of the nicest people you will meet and very helpful.

Pool not heated and is very cold but the kids still had a good time and we were told the pool heater is included in the renovation.

The pitch was nice and flat and owner was nice

Showers are push button and cold,people drunk and arguing until 1am,no mobile phone signal,gym not functional and pool freezing cold...booked knowing the weather would be bad so "the heated pool" was the booking point and wasn't heated in any way,take your own your own toilet as never any in the toilet and a duster if you don't like cobwebs...all in all a cheap pitch but you pay for what you get

The site it's self was nice,good clean facilities,nice location,liked the hard standing pitches.

I was very disappointed and upset to learn that the clubhouse and swimming pool were closed,these facilities were the reason why myself and my family with children and our friends specifically booked to travel to this site,I was annoyed to find out also that both club/pool had been closed for some time.It was a shame that it let a nice site down.

Clean toilet/shower facilities

Lovely little site, clean toilet/shower facilities. Had a fab weekend with family and friends, the sunshine definitely helped. HOWEVER, we purposely booked this site as indoor pool and bar/club house were listed on the facilities. When first guest from our group arrived they were informed that the pool and bar were both closed due to roof damage/no power. Later into our stay we was told that the bar hasn't been open since last year and the pool hasn't been open for a long time. Not one of us in our party received any info informing us of this. On the Sunday of our stay we noticed that the pool and bar had both been removed from the facilities list on pitchup but info of these facilities were still included in the description of the site. Very disappointed that these were fausly advertised

Absolutely nothing, walk with the dogs everyday by the river and a pub at the end of it

Booked this site with our kids and when we rang to say we was running late Friday, they said no problem, when arrived and all settled Saturday morning to find the bar, restaurant and swimming pool was all closed due to an issue but when we walked to the pub down the road was told by many people in the local pub the campsite pub restaurant and swimming pool has been shut for many years but they are still charging for these services and it’s not provided.

Booked a hard standing pitch got put on the grass which was waterlogged all my equipment was covered in mud had to use my car to pull all the other vans off as it was the only 4 wheel drive not a very good stay
