Tennis court, swimming pool, games room, shower block, play area, flat well spaced pitches.

Areas suggested to improve next: washing up area and improve service in cafe: long wait- on one occasion waited 20 minutes for 2 takeaway coffees, and another occasion waited over 40 mins for pizzas.

We had a great time, the site was well maintained. Excellent facilities for the kids - playgrounds, tennis courts, grassy area for football and the swimming pool was excellent too. The cafe option was a bonus too. I'd highly recommend the site as a base to explore the local area.

This is our second visit after coming here for May half term.
We have three primary school aged children & they had a great time.

This visit we found that there are fridge/freezer facilities for refreezing ice packs.

The pool is a great addition to the holiday, as is the tennis courts (bring your own ball or buy one on site) rackets are provided. The children enjoyed the play areas, especially the addition of the new one near the pool.

There's a hideout room with loads of charging points & the best WiFi. The bathroom near the hideout has the better hair dryer 😁

We had a massive tent & the pitch was plenty big enough, flat & well kept.

The park & outdoor pool were a very good size & everything on site is clean everyone that was staying on the site were friendly & all the kids played together, I loved that we were close by to everything for the kids & there was no problem with loud noises late at night everyone was in before 11pm, we had a lovely stay & will be returning to manor wood.

The outdoor pool was not heated it was very cold, there are know nearby shops if you don't have a car, the shop on site had more toys than essentials I thought & it's a shame they don't hire fishing equipment for the lakes, the cafe shuts at 4pm through the week so you can't go there if you want to eat out at tea time which is a shame.

The site was clean, dog friendly, easily accessible and lots of walk ways and paths, the swimming pool was an added bonus and felt like we where abroad!

Little boy loved the parks and we enjoyed the tennis court too.

Only thing that was missing was maybe a club house or evening enterntainment, however it was still great!

Family Orientated Park that was Peaceful. Modern Toilet and Shower Facilities that were pretty clean. Plenty of Activities for the Kids, Games Room, Tennis Court, 3 Safe Outdoor Play Areas and Outdoor Swimming Pool.

The Pitches were Spacious.

Lots of Accessible Footpaths and Bridleways for Walking and Fishing Lakes with Wildlife to watch.

The Shop had a good amount of choice, Sweets, Drinks, Meals and Utensils.

Staff were helpful and Friendly.

I'll hopefully come again.

The Location was far from External Activities for Children

Peaceful, friendly, tidy. Lovely place to stay.
