Everything was great , brilliant clean and excellent facilities, we couldn't have asked for better. Well stocked shop and large entertainment building. We would definitely book again .

The only thing I would say is that the long walk down the hill from the top, to the shops entertainment, and sea etc, was hard to walk back up , especially if you get short of breath quickly.

Very good facilities to keep young children occupied. Close to a nice beach with an excellent on site shop.

Very poor mobile phone and TV signal. Although this is not the fault of the site, it should be avoided if you rely on these things when travelling.

The cleanliness of everything, the friendly staff, the organisation of placing the caravan when we got there and helping us off again.

The ridiculous food prices, 16 quid for a burger 😳 Hint, sell cheaper, sell more 😉 Advertised as 'dog friendly' but very limited. Allocate a portion of the beach for dog owners,

Zero wifi unless you went to buy very expensive food and drinks.

This is our 2nd visit to Ladram Bay and it didn’t disappoint.

The beautiful view, good pitch size with water and EHU, on the next level down were toilets, showers and washing machines and dryers so all very convenient.

There is a steepish walk down to the mini supermarket, fish shop and pub/restaurant.

The site is kept immaculately and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

A bit of road noise and an unfortunate daily row coming from one of the static caravans across the road, fortunately most who could hear them were adults with no children so the swearing didn’t phase us and to be fair families do fall out on holidays and this was the first time we encountered it and we wouldn’t let it put us off visiting again

The showers were great, and we liked the proximity to the beach and having the restaurant nearby was helpful. However, we usually prefer quieter campsites with less pitches.

Bit too many people for what we prefer and it wasn't even full season yet.

Very modern facilities, nice restaurant with good pub food, evening entertainment was good and well stocked bar. The indoor swimming pool was very clean, modern catered well for families. They also had a great sunbathing terrace surrounding the outdoor kids splash park, with lots of loungers. Amazing views from the restaurant terrace over cliff tops and private beach (which is very clean and popular). Bathrooms and toilet facilities were very modern, clean and also included family bathrooms which is great for visiting families. A dislike is how steep the park is as our pitch was at the top of a steep hill - HOWEVER it meant that everyone got a great sea view no matter where your pitch was.
Overall the whole park is immaculately clean and well maintained.

Wifi is terrible unless you’re in the entertainment bar, but phone signal is also terrible so a real dead spot. You pay extra to use the pool but get a voucher for money off when you book in - £1 off is better than nothing right!?
There is a bit of an ‘in the club’ feel to the site as they have a lot of privately owned static caravans and chalets.
Our pitch was on a very steep hill which was quite windy at times.

Great restaurant on site and club house with nightly entertainment swimming , crazy golf , arcades and ballpitt for the children miles of beautiful coastal paths elright on doorstep

Amazing location with beautiful views. Only a short walk to private beach with lots of facilities including boat and SUP hire and an ice cream shop with others essentials.
The pitches were amazing size with electric and water on the pitch. The shower and toilet facilities were fantastic very modern and spotless. Great washing up and laundrette areas too. The entertainment complex was very impressive. There was a large bar with lots of entertainment and activities on offer. The arcade area and soft play was clean and not ridiculously expensive. The pool, steam room and sauna were awesome. Daughter loved the water play areas both in and out and the adventure playground area.
We had planned to bbq but ended up eating in the restaurant twice as food was so good and reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. We also loved that there was a crazy golf on site too. Absolutely tonnes to keep everyone entertained even when the weather was a bit drab. On site shop was huge and well stocked and again very reasonable in cost, selling some lovely local produce. Having toured a few sites in Devon and Cornwall this is by far our favourite to date and will definitely be back.

Only one waste/ bin area located by car park nr shop was a bit of a trek from some pitches. The off pitch time on check out day seemed earlier than many other at 9:30 had we spotted this would’ve booked extra day to compensate.
