Regarding the pool booking process, we use this to maintain a safe environment based on lifeguard-to-swimmer ratios, this ensures that we can provide adequate supervision and maintain a high level of safety for all our guests. We understand that this may have been inconvenient, and we apologise for any confusion caused by conflicting information from the team and will address this with our Leisure Complex manager. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Ladram Bay for another stay again in the near future.

We loved it here so much that we paid to stay another night and lost the money on the other site we had booked. Staff really helpful. Drinks really really reasonable compared to other sites. Food nice and view on decking is lovely. The beach was unbelievable. Site lovely and clean throughout.
