We had a fantastic holiday! Although we only stayed for two nights, it was amazing. The swimming pool was warm and perfect for children, especially with the slides. The entertainment was fantastic — very professional and created a great atmosphere. There was so much for the kids to do, and the staff were all friendly, informative, and happy to help.

The only thing we wouldn’t do again is the Build-a-Bear activity. We originally booked for 10:30, but the time was changed to 11:00 due to high demand, which we didn’t mind. However, it felt rushed and stressful for the two staff members running it. It was chaotic and quite cramped. The session was supposed to last 45 minutes, but we were done after just 15 because it was so busy and loud. We spent £52 for what turned out to be 15 minutes of stress.

As great as I remember it being when I had a static there a few years ago.Everyone was so friendly and views as amazing as ever. Great to have water and electric on pitch and dog field.

All of it, from the pitch to the facilities it really was wonderful! The swimming pool and play areas were amazing and we will definitely be coming back. Already recommended to family and friends.

Not being able to bring the dog onto the beach (in off season)

I was hiking the coastal path and intended to book a pitch to put my tent. I saw that as it was mid week and out of season I could get a camping pod for only £30 so treated myself. The site is mainly holiday homes.
* coastal path goes through the holiday park so very convenient for walkers
* The row of camping pods is located 1-2mins walk from the toilet/shower block. There is a cut in the hedge. The area to put up tents is adjacent to the pods.
* showers are spacious, plenty of hooks and separate seating area in the cubicle. New and modern. Free use of hairdryer.
* machines in laundry room accept coins or card payments. There is more than one laundry room at different locations on site.
* pod has decked area with picnic table and also chairs.
* inside pod there is fold up table and chairs and also a fridge.
* pod has electricity, plug sockets and heating. It is handy to be able to leave on the outside light when going to the toilet in the night.
* this is a well developed holiday camp so there are shops, bar, restaurants, swimming pool and children’s entertainment. The entertainment centre is in one area of a very large site so don’t have to be disturbed by it if have no interest.
* there is a private beach that is easy to access. Even though it is a pebble beach it is nice to sit on and swim. There is also a cafe at the beach area.

In the camping pod I did not get any phone signal. There is no free WiFi coverage if the holiday park. I had to go to the entertainment centre and fit in the bar to use the free WiFi. I was able to sit there using it with no pressure to buy anything.

Huge site, impressive facilities, sea view…Ladram bay ticks many boxes for families looking for a place to holiday!

It’s clean and well kept with a good choice of places to eat or graze, a good value supermarket and nightly entertainment.

It has a private beach and cliff top walks albeit very hilly with lots of safety warnings.

I sold my caravan so switched to one of their own mobile homes which was spacious and well equipped and well prepared for us upon arrival. Apart from the stench of previous damp it was excellent.

Miles from anywhere, down a narrow lane and the site is on a hill which may not suit everybody.

Limited and slow EV charging points!? This is 2025 with a quarter of new cars sold being Electric. Wake up and fit a dozen or so like everybody else is!

Our mobile home stank of damp, we had to open the windows every time we arrived, and frankly it gave me a sore throat so I left a day early. It was also in need of a carpet and fabric clean!

They failed to respond to an unrelated email I sent on the second day of our weeks stay.

WiFi non existent and one of our two phones wouldn’t connect to the network.
