Lovely quiet location. Kids loved the animals on site.

I'll mirror what is said below regarding the grade of stones used on the pitches. Very rough! Definitely stones not pebbles, footwear required at all times. Combined shower/toilet cubicles could mean long waits in the mornings a couple of extra showers would be good.

Bell tent was spacious and close to showers and toilets but not to close to here others going to them in the night. Site was clean and well looked after and in a very quiet and secluded area. Small stream at the bottom of the site which was great to listen to in the evening and a beautiful place to sit and read or just relax. Local pub and shop a short walk. Pub is very popular and booking needed if you wanted to eat but worth it. Some great walks a short distance away. Didn’t go with children but the ones who were there we’re having a fantastic time.

Excellent campsite lovely facilities I recommend any one who wants a laidback campsite to go really nice stay we had also do home cooked food if needed well worth it

Lovely campsite on a working farm, the family who run the site are really helpful and welcoming.

My little girl loved feeding the donkeys and visiting the rabbits and lambs.

Cleanliness of facilities and size of pitches , did not have any food on offer but everything has been thought of .

We had a wonderful week, great location for cycling and walking.

Christine and Joanne was very good and helpful people, made the stay very comfortable even in pouring down rain with helping to get the shopping to us and also the site is very clean and well maintained, keep it up guys for the good job

Really nice site. Peacefull with good views. Well kept grounds and the wc and showers were excellent. The Donkeys and Alpacas added to the good feelings.

Would liked to have been met at my stated time of arrival, waited at the farmhouse for 30 minutes and then had to call the mobile number to talk to someone. Not what you need after a long drive. Never saw the owners at all during the two night stay.
