Gorgeous views and the river was lovely.

Noise- listed that music has to be off at 10pm, this isn’t enforced and my husband had to speak to other campers over 2 nights asking to turn the music off, one at 12.30am and the other night nearly 11am. Text the owners both times and had no response. Music is fine at a low level but who really wants to listen to other peoples music all day and night! Large gangs of campers together which is fine if they are considerate but unfortunately some are not.
Dogs- meant to be kept on the lead, again this isn’t enforced. Another groups dog poo’ed right outside our tent, had to be asked twice to clean it up.
Toilets- ok at the start of the day, but disgusting by the evening. Toilets blocked with poo/paper towels, no soap re-filled so had to wash hands with only water or bring your own.
Showers- again these were ok first thing but horrible in the evening. Really cramped, mens showers didn’t have anywhere to hang your bag up etc so just made showering tricky.

Lovely setting by the river with stunning views. Lots of open space for the kids to run around.

Really cramped pitch due to people next to us parking right on the border of our pitch with guy ropes actually on our pitch. Hosts were aware and mentioned it when we arrived so feel that they should have told them to move over. We didn’t actually realise how much space they had taken of ours until they had gone on the last day. Cars had to be parked in front of the tents due to being so close together so spent the weekend looking at the tailgate of our car which is such a shame as we should have been looking at the river. Hosts are very relaxed with the rules so dogs running round off lead and music going till past midnight, not ideal with young children.
Also not enough toilets/showers for the amount of campers.

Beautiful site, lovely and clean and amazing staff who work really hard and are so accommodating and friendly.
Been here twice with friends and family and are going back at the end of the month and again in August.

What a stunning location! Will absolutely be back.

The single male shower - no hook to hang your clothes and the shower tray was overfilling and blocked.

We stayed here last august and have just come back from another amazing stay over the coronation weekend. The people that run the site are absolutely amazing and so friendly, if you need any help they can be found around the site but if it’s night time they are only a phone call away. We have already booked to come back at august bank holiday weekend. The kids love the river which is also a bonus
