Beautiful setting with lovely walks. Lovely café on site. Staff very friendly. Flat pitches.

Showers and toilet facilities not cleaned during our stay, could do with a mop to clean the showers after use. No recycling. Very noisy "resident" playing loud music well into the early hours on both nights. Not the sites fault as such but apparently it's the same every night so something should be done to stop it. The roads leading to site maybe tight for caravan users especially coming up from the center of Aberdare. This has the potential to be a great site if a few niggles are addressed.

No clear directions to the site with initial booking, as arrived to a road closed sign and had to be redirected. Then on arrival, after text message with post code, figuring out access to gain entry to the pitch.

Excellent site in lovely surroundings, for us, ideal for walking our dogs.
Due to a lovely café at Dare Valley we didn't have to leave the site during our 4 days stay, also the Gravity Bike reception sold drinks and snacks.
For those with bikes/children there seemed plenty to do. Plenty of seats and benches on our walks also gravel paths which makes it easier for pushchairs and disabled.
Toilets/showers on the site were very clean and the toilet block had good heating.
All staff we met were polite and friendly.

Great site. Well spaced and level pitches. Warm, clean bathrooms and showers. Lovely and quiet, beautiful scenery. Friendly and welcoming reception staff.

Hand dryers, washing machine and tumble dryers all out of order. Everything else was great!

The site, the cafe, the park, the pump track, the scenery, the locality, the walks. Friendliness of staff who were very welcoming. Quiet, small site. Perfect for a chilled family time.

Toilet block was really clean, lovely quiet couple of days, kids loved the bike trails/pump tracks and parks and lots of great walks with the dog. Little cafe on site open during the day too.

A couple of people were trying to check in the second night we were there and they couldn't get in touch with anyone to get the codes for gate etc even though they had contact numbers and the times online said the cafe on the bike trails where you check in was open til 5pm but it wasn't.

Site is lovely and quiet, brilliant location, fantastic walks and rides

No mops or squeegee in toilet blocks for showers, no loo roll in either men’s or ladies, and could be cleaned more frequently

Lovley clean site. The utilities were one of the best we have seen on our travels. Plenty of room between pitches. Local cafe did wonderful food for both us humans and our canine friends! Staff were helpfully and understandlping, we had two children with autism with us and they did as much as possible to engage with them and their needs.

The washing machines were out of order. Having two special need children it was much needed. Also Phone not answered and messages not returned. ( e- mails were).
