The campsite was beautifully kept and everybody on site was really helpful and welcoming. Beautiful scenery and a gorgeous circuit woodland walk that our toddler really enjoyed!

Everything - I'm a beginner camper and a rubbish packer!!!! . I read all about this site. It looked wonderful in the picture.

I arrived and received a warm welcome. Walked in the farm shop - wow - stocked with essentials, if I thought of something I needed, it was there, they know what campers need and want.

I had my morning coffee at the shop, Lovely seating area, lovely toilet and shower block, loads of hot water.

The site was wonderful, beautifully landscaped and maintained. Plenty of pitch space so fellow campers had their privacy. A safe place for children.

Everything, very peaceful location with picturesque mountain backdrops, little cafe on site, very clean shower & toilet facilities, site is patrolled which is nice as a solo traveller. 2 mins walk from the 2 local pubs, 5 mins walk to the must see Sawmill Cafe. All staff so friendly & helpful. Can't wait to come back

Nothing to dislike

I’ve stayed at Church stile camp site before, that’s why I chose it to go with mostly adult male family members, absolutely loved it, staff are amazing and so friendly, we did get a bit noisy on our last night, think the excitement of staying at this lovely camp site, and having had a great time, we did get a bit carried away, the staff did ask us to be quiet, a couple of times, in a very nice way, so I would just like to apologize for being a bit too giddy 😔

Brought fire pits round if you hired them

The ground where we were was hard to put pegs in as was very rocky.

Super campsite. Well laid out. Excellent facilities.

Poor WiFi on most of campsite. Reception only had me down for paying for 1 tent even though I paid extra for a pup tent, though we believe this is a frequent issue booking through Pitch up.

Absolutely beautiful site within walking distance of the lake, the pub and a gorgeous cafe / farm shop . No wifi apart from in the shop but I liked that !

Really friendly staff, good facilities (shop, toilets, water taps, pub near by), and beautiful scenery.

Limited phone signal - a dream for us, but might be a pain for others!
