Booked this lodge for little break for the family, amazing lodge it's just perfect and so spacious. We all loved it. Staff so so helpful and friendly. Hot tub clean and perfect. Defo going back honestly brilliant site, place. We used hot loads even in storm amazing time..
Also loads to do for teenages did bike rides and mountain bike 10mins away, also food loads amazing restaurants

Level site which was very quiet and the toilet block and showers were adequate. The electricity worked.

Stupid questionnaire before arriving asking for copy of passport, driving license or identity card to be submitted online. No staff member on site and no communication regarding pitch to use when we arrived even though we had been asked to state our arrival time. We booked a hard standing pitch but there were none even though they were marked on a site plan that we saw on the reception area notice board. All of the pitches were grass pitches and were very muddy. The Wi-Fi was poor and I could only connect when I moved close to the reception area.

I never saw any staff on site during our 2 day stay.

Nice and quiet location, lodge has all that you need for a good stay. Everything was great.

Very easy to use site and lots of space for the Children.

Would have been nice to have the option of the on site cafe but it was always closed.

Great size pitches. Spacious site with great views and walks. Wifi key with teenagers. Lovely and clean facilities.

Nice clean site. Spacious and flat pitch. Handy café. Clean showers with fixed water temperature which suited me perfectly.

Very peaceful during the day and early evening. A pleasure to be there.

Very very noisy at night with lots of teens running around shouting and lots of younger ones constantly screaming. Not the site's fault but hard to make a complaint when it's pitch black and you can't see who it is. Be a good idea to have a member of staff onsite when there are lots of youngsters booked to stop the feral behaviour.

Everything! Wonderful site. Good shower facilities. All the other campers were great. Big space for kids to play. Great play park for kids. Didn’t use the cafe but great addition. Lovely location.

That the cafe was open for breakfast from 9am which I think was a little late for us. Would have definitely used it if it was open earlier. Need to fix every lock on the wash basin cubicles as all of them were broken off. Shower facilities could have been cleaner.
