Staff very helpful approachable and friendly. Site grounds well kept.

Temp cabin Shower blocks scruffy need shower screen as water goes everywhere and wooden seats are broken or rotting so clothes end up wet as also not many hooks and could do with either working hairdryers or plug sockets for use. Some toilet doors kept getting stuck and many children getting locked inside along with adults struggling to get out. We reported this mamy times yet this, was not rectified.

area and football area were good. River and seating area a bonus.

My 3 grandsons were dissatisfied they couldn't play football closer to the tent.. The tears were rather close to each other. Something to stand on when you get out of the shower would be useful as the floor could be dirty.

Great location. Close to Llanberis, Caernarfon and the Snowdon paths. Well maintained!

It was peak season, but there wasn’t nearly enough toilets or showers on the tent field. Constant queues. An eye watering £81 (2 old adults and 2 young adults) for one night. It does explain the vacancy and why, as a last minute booking, we were prepared to pay it. Like Oasis fans, we were subject to ‘dynamic pricing’. A campsite on Lake Geneva for one night was £30 cheaper. Got to roll with it!

Toilets seemed to always be cleaned at peak time of getting ready. Could be cleaned more often.

A beautiful site with lovely dog walk and great views.

Showers always seemed to be full of grass. I swept them before and after. I would recommend flip flops.

Views and location was amazing. Small river and games room for the kids

Not enough showers on field 6 with half hour wait.
Pizza van that turned up took hours to get a pizza then another half hour wait when given a collection time. The lady was on her own and had really bad customer service and attitude

Secure, clean, friendly, well organised and spacious.
We usually don't visit the same site twice as we're keen to explore different areas. However, we are already planning our next trip to Bryn Gloch as there are so many local places to discover nearby that our 3 night stay wasn't nearly long enough.
On site was friendly, clean and felt safe. Little luxury's that make things a touch more comfortable were easily accessable, for example, free WiFi at the pitch and showers that you don't have to press every 10 seconds!
The river running through the site was an unexpected highlight.... The kids played in there for hours.
Being pitched close to a play area, football pitch and a hidden gem of an entrance to a peaceful, scenic part of the river, with glorious views of the mountains, was an absolute bonus!

If I had to be extremely picky...... A few extra lights around the site at night would have made our stay absolutely perfect.
Take a good torch or headlamp and it's no real problem at all.

Absolutely brilliant campsite, with a magnificent view of Mynydd Mawr. Running through is a little river which has a clearest cleanest water I’ve seen in a long time. It was perfect for the kids to play in and be able to try out the paddleboard. Also loved the steam train coming through at the side of the campsite every now and then. We enjoyed climbing the mountain for a 10th birthday party at the top. Great to have the Van providing food and the little shop.

The shop was just a little bit disappointing in terms of stores, just very functional. There isn’t a pub within walking distance unless you walk the main road for just over a mile.
