Staff very polite, informative and welcoming.
Site has multiple toilet washing facilities. Group nice a flat for tents and lots of space to take dog walking

Could not fault the site excellent.

The grounds are large. toilet's and showers dotted around.we took are grandson and there’s 2 kids playgrounds. There’s a food truck shop on site great place we have booked again

Are pitch was slightly boggy but not terrible I’ve seen worse

Amazing facilities, probably the best campsite we've been to yet. Especially loved the bar van and the food van! Poor WiFi but that's to be expected! The kids were happy with the 2 playgrounds and river! My hubby even went for a dip in the river. We'll definitely be back again

Nothing, it was all fab

Friendly staff, clean shower blocks. The site was well maintained. Absolutely gorgeous views a steam train and river running through the park. There were plenty walks and mountains to climb and a great view of Snowdon.
Will definitely be returning soon.

Well organised site with plenty of room between pitches. Electric was right by the pitch which makes a refreshing change from some sites. The views from all round the site were amazing. On the Sunday evening a cocktail trailer was on site serving lovely cocktails.
Considering the size of the site and number of pitches it was very quiet with no trouble from what we experienced.

Little on the expensive side. On reflection the site was a little too large for what we normally book, but that is just our preference and not a negative on the site.
The showers did run out of hot water early evening which was frustrating, especially with a face full of soap!

Lovely location with good facilities. Staff really helpful. Pitch nice and big.

Everything about the place from cold morning dip in the stream to the views when you wake up to the great customer service as nothing was a problem for them.

We had one day of rain

Well laid out pitches, clearly marked.
Clean toilets.
Good shop facilities.
Security barrier was excellent.
Despite staying on a bank holiday weekend the campsite and facilities were excellent.
Toilets and showers were always clean with good washing up facilities attached.
The shop had an excellent stock of essentials and wood for our fire pit.
