I loved everything about this trip, we travelled as large group with children aged from 5 to 15. There was something for everyone and we all had an amazing stay, the 2 parks and football pitches on site were great for all of the children and the little lake with the rope swing was also great fun too. There was so many walks nearby and it was lovely to get out and about in nature and see all the local wildlife, we also took a short ride to Caernarfon which made a great day out. The tipsy bar was really nice as we were able to sit and enjoy a cocktail whilst the children played in the park on an evening. The campsite had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and waking up to the scenery was beautiful. I would definitely come here again.

Cleanliness of site and all facilities. Felt safe. Well presented. Very pretty overall. Plenty of space. Friendly cafe and pop up bar/cocktails.

Reception shut on arrival (envelope named with directions easy to follow but not the same as the personal touch)

Shop opened 10am and shut early. Would prefer to be able to buy fresh milk and break from 8am.

Beautiful site, friendly staff, great location for Devils Bridge and other attractions. One of the best sets of campsite toilet/shower facilities we’ve seen.

Last day there was no hot water so had a cold shower- a minor issue that’s easily rectified and was a one off.

Our caravan living area was spacious and included all the facilities we needed. Location was ideal to explore the local area. Although we didn't try it, the food van on site was handy. Interaction with staff at reception was great, very friendly and helpful.

Booking confirmation could have made it clearer where the 2nd vehicle should have parked. Bedrooms are a little small although we don't have much experience of caravans so this may be the norm.

A Fantastic Family-Friendly Campsite – Highly Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bryn Gloch Campsite – from the warm welcome at arrival to the final moments of our trip, everything was exceptional. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and close to some of Wales’ most iconic attractions like Caernarfon Castle, Portmeirion, and the Snowdon Mountain Railway.

The campsite is very spacious and incredibly well-maintained, making it perfect for both tents and caravans or campers. It’s extremely family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained – from playgrounds and a pool to a cinema room and a lovely small river where children can safely play. The toilets and shower facilities were spotless, with reliable hot water throughout our stay.

Each pitch has access to electricity and water, and the site overall felt very safe thanks to the electric barriers that recognize registration plates. There’s also a small shop on-site stocked with essentials – basic but perfectly sufficient.

We didn’t get a chance to try the hot food, pizzas, or cocktails available on-site, but it was great to have those options available. The atmosphere across the whole campsite was calm and respectful, with everyone being friendly and considerate.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of three families, each with children aged 8–15, and we all had an amazing time. This was only our third ever camping trip, and Bryn Gloch has truly convinced us to do more in the future.

Highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-oriented getaway in a beautiful part of Wales!

The campsite was lovely. We came with our daughter and 2 dogs. There was plenty of for our daughter to do. The dog walk was a good size and very clear. The facility were clean and plenty of them.

The only negative was that we have a few people around us being loud till midnight gone on 2 of the 3 nights.

Excellent location, surrounded by mountains, pitches were well laid out separated by small plants. Facilities were clean lovely big shower wet room.
