- There was only three toilets and two showers for the whole campsite.
- No shelf/ability to place wash items in the shower room or near to the sinks. This would have been ideal, and several other campers pointed this out to me too. Somewhere to be able to place your wash bag when you’re washing your face and brushing your teeth. I had to place this on the floor which isn’t hygienic 😔
- The faux grass outside the pods was very worn and dated. The wooden flooring just outside the first pod ‘duck’, with the faux grass covering appeared rotten underfoot and was uneven. Possibly a safety issue if this was to give way.

However I went at 6am in the morning in the hope to get a shower as at this time the majority of the campsite was still sleeping and still no hot water. I feel that the 2 showers if we're hot would have been OK, but there were alot of people trying to use until everytime they were cold. When I checked in, I wasn't told any of the facilities on site of location just the direction to my pitch. I feel the site is good as a basic site but dont expect any hot water.

We apologised to everyone as we have had issues this week, we have bought a new boiler today and this will resolve the situation.
In the three years we have been here, this has never happened and unfortunately it was out of our control.

There is a slope on our site, as we are in the Derbyshire Dales, it is not steep and you were given levellers, it does explain in the site description on pitch up, that levellers may be needed.
