Staff were amazing - we had had to book 2 pitches, one electric pitch for the first 2 days and a non electric for the second 2 days, as when we booked online there weren't 4 days available on an electric pitch. When we arrived the extremely friendly and helpful lady on reception was able to organise an electric pitch for us for the full 4 days, meaning we didn't have to move our tent mid way through our stay.
