Wern Mill Caravan Park

Gostou: Everything! Spotlessly clean site, beautifully maintained. Gravel walkways as well as pitches so no mud. Showers and toilets immaculately clean with hair dryer in ladies. Manager could not have been more helpful, giving directions for local walks and recommending places to visit

Não gostou: No tv signal (we didn’t mind but some might), though it did tell you in the booking e mail

Gostou: We just spent two nights at this camp site. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The toilet and shower were very clean and modern, the onsite bar was great bonus and even had bingo on the Saturday night. The Highlight for my children was the park/grass patch in centre of the site, they had hours of fun playing and making friends, I loved that l could watch them play from our pitch. The site has a small shop selling essential and even has a coffee to go machine.

Gostou: We had an amazing time at wern mill. Fantastic facilities, lovely friendly site. Can’t fault it at all and we will certainly be back.

Gostou: Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little shop on site with all the essentials. Facilities always clean and tidy. Good hot showers, even have a place to clean wet suits and dogs. Good size hard standing pitches. Location is great would highly recommend

Não gostou: Been to a fair few sites and this is definitely one of the better ones. Nothing we disliked

Não gostou: WiFi on VIP pitches patchy and poor speed VIP pitches quite close together Exit route over narrow humped bridge could be challenging for larger vehicles

Do gerente: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do hope you enjoyed your overall stay with us. We are disappointed to read some of the scores within the review as these are the lowest scores we have received for a very long time. We are particularly disappointed with the 'Child Friendliness' scoring considering you had no Children with you during your stay. In regards to the wifi, it is extremely difficult to continuously receive a strong signal and good speed when parked up in a 'field' (especially when competing against the wind and rain). We have signal boosters around the park and if you would have made us aware of the issue we could have increased the speed and strength in your part of the park. We apologise for the inconvenience and we will look to improve this asap. Please note all three Caravan Parks in this part of New Quay use the exit you mention. There have been no issues to date and all rubbish lorries, deliveries lorries, tractors etc use this route with no problem. However, if you do wish to stay with us again and are concerned regarding the exit route please come and see us and we will point out alternative routes for you Thanks again for your review and for your custom.
