Level pitch and good amenities, wash up area and laundry area brilliant, nice hot showers. Friendly and relaxed place.

Men’s toilet block could do with a bit of extra cleaning.
Time out on lights a little short in ladies toilet/shower block!😂

Amazing place with great facilities

We were welcomed with a cuppa and a smile from the owner which started off our stay beautifully.
The park is semi mature where planting is concerned which some people like and others want more privacy but I actually liked the mix.
The dog run area is fenced in so your pups can be let loose which we love. No very big but loads of bushes and trees to keep them interested.
The site is clean and well cared for as are the amenities blocks (they did remind me of school, but were functional).

Wasn’t sure if there is a disabled toilet/wash area. If you are wheel chair bound you certainly wouldn’t use the main block as the shower try is sunken.

Everything at the site appears to be amazing.

Very quite site with clean facilities, given the option on arrival to choose our pitch, all come with access to electric hook up. Shower facilities provide plentiful supply of hot water. Sinks for washing up supply bowls, drainers and washing up liquid, for all to use. Little information area with leaflets and local tourist info, plus book exchange.
Loved the free WiFi, no issues with accessing, good information leaflet supplied on check in.

Excellent camp site really peaceful with really helpful friendly owners, Excellent facilities aswell, a good shop with everything you need including alcohol, the site also has a shower and toilet block which is a some of the cleanest I've ever seen, will be going again without any hesitation! Highly recommended

Good location and decent facilities. Shop is excellent with realistic prices. Duncan and Kelly were very helpful.

Showers broke down, but were fixed by the next afternoon so irritating rather than a major headache.

As per our visit last year, this site still has fantastic facilities and the little shop had plenty to offer. Our children loved coming back and all they wanted to do is visit the ice cream part of the shop. The ice cream was the cheapest locally and was amazing. This year there was an added bonus of a pizza van on a Monday and wow, it was fresh, cheap and very tasty pizza 10/10 for ice cream, 10/10 for the pizza and 10/10 for the site again. Plenty of things to do within a fairly short drive and the owners recommended some local ideas which was great. If we're heading to Devon again we'll definitely return to Zeacombe house, it's our number 1 campsite.

Leaving and heading home and although we would've happily extended our stay, we couldn't due to circumstances at home which required us to leave on the day we did.
