New shower blocks are great and kept clean

we've been to this site for a few years now and sadly it has grown and become too busy for us. Weekends are crammed with and and tents too close. Don't think we would come back sadly. Think we've had the best years on this site when it was a pop up site.

The views, the pub, the food van on site, showers were hot and clean. Would stay again. Staff all very friendly and you can rent a fire pit which is a must when you can hear the sea. Took the bus into bude for a wander but to be honest the beach is better by the campsite.

We had an excellent one night stay here. The location is superb, so close to the beach and the facilities cannot be faulted. The owners are kind, informative, and very helpful!

Location, alll staff where polite helpful food was fab in the bay view hotel shop across road for any essentials food wagon on site great spotless facilities and fresh pastries and daily fish nice walks from campsite beach access perfect we will be back

A super break. The site was run extremely well, in a fantastic location. We will certainly visit again.

Nothing comes to mind as a dislike.

Pick your own pitch amazing views of the sea. Clean new toilets nearby and pub next nothing to dislike.

The site was great, had all of the amenities that you would need and was super close to the beach!
I thought the outside showers in particular were a great idea for when you’ve come off the beach and they were so good I didn’t actually use the inside ones!

Friendly and flexible campsite owners. Excellent proximity to beach with lovely butte off sea in certain parts of site. Fantastic bathroom facilities. Good washing up facilities. Use of fridges and freezers—unusually generous and super convenient. Breakfast van on site

It has a pop up feel which is fine; works well for a couple of nights— but the site is designed for access to beach/location rather than a stay in itself, in the sense that pitches are very closely crammed together. Wouldn’t want to start more than a couple of nights if the weather wasn’t beach perfect as there’s nowhere to just be on the site, and enjoy your own camping space. Was perfect for our purpose which was to see friends staying nearby in an air bnb and enjoy beach.
