Hi anonymous. as far as we are aware everyone that booked at the same time as the fundraiser was sent an e-mail and given the opportunity to cancel or amend their booking at no extra charge. The £5 deposit for the disabled toilet key could have been refunded the evening before you left, as you departed before the office was open, unfortunately as you are anonymous we are unable to send it back to you. Had you asked, your dog would have been permitted access to the toilet block as it is a support animal.
I`m glad that i was at least some help with the erection of your tent. communication is key here and if we were made aware of your needs, things would have been so vastly different. With regard to the buses i have to agree that the last one back to Widemouth is way too early, but unfortunately this is beyond my control.
