The sitting area is beautiful, the showers are toilets are sparkling clean with Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. There is ice cream, cold drinks, fire wood etc to buy on an honesty system - everything you could need for a perfect stay. Melbourne is stunning and there are lovely walks close by.

We advertise the site as "self administered" and are clear with the arrival instructions - almost too much information!! We advise in our terms and conditions that quietness has to be from 11pm until 7am - apologies that you didn't experience this.
Dog walks - perhaps you didn't see the map? There are stacks of gorgeous walks in this area, this is a very dog friendly area - Blaston, Hallaton, Nevill Holt, all have lovely off road walks plus our own lovely village.
Regarding the loo rolls - we are on hand to ensure they are regularly topped up and in the guest information also invite you to bring your own - common with other sites.
We offer normal hand towels as a "home from home" touch and to avoid paper wastage!
Sorry you won't be visiting again, only wished you had raised these when you were staying with us, we are in the village, on site daily at some point & are are very quick to put things right!
