Value for money

Postcode does not direct you to the place accurately, It’s situated right at the end of the lane. Rang the contact number no one answered. Arrived on site no spare hooks ups as all taken. Received text the following day as to where hook up was. Paid for two nights but left in the morning and didn’t come back

Lovely quiet place.

Toilets kept blocking & be nice to have had a standing up sink for pot washing.

Plenty of room. Fairly level.

1st day there the gate was locked.... NONE of the phone numbers provided answered. Obtained code for Gate from other customers on site. Cess pit hadn't been emptied and the smell was horrendous. Made us ill for 2 days. Electricity disrupted 3 times during 4 night break. Bins hadn't been emptied and the smell was horrid, as they were all overflowing and encouraged animals to rummage.

Owner dogs barking all day and night they also escaped and attacked another dog. The shower and toilet was for male and females so there was a bloke having a wee on the urinals when my 14 year old girl walked in. In my opinion in this day and age there should be male and female toilets

Everything!
When we arrived there was no one to greet us. There was a number on the gate which wasn’t answered and resulted in other visitors letting us in to what can only be described as a shit field.
We had to guess our pitch and find our own electric which was not good at all.
The field has a ports cabin which passes for the toilet and shower block but looks more like something on a construction site. Vile.
About 2 hours into our stay one of the continually barking dogs from the owners garden escaped and attacked another dog in the field. Again the owner or staff were nowhere to be seen and it was left to the visitors to herd the dog back into the owners garden.
The field is directly on a main road so enjoy that one through the night too. The ‘kids activities’ is a swing set (with two swings) plonked right in the middle of the field. Actually field is probably too rich of a description. It’s not big enough for a field.
This left a very sour taste.
Overall, no staff, absolutely abysmal pass at a campsite. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to stay in a field and shit in a port-a-loo.

Absolutely loved the open space for kids and dogs no storm kept us away we loved every minute.

It was a quiet location and the field was secure, water facilities not to far

Our main electric fuse board kept tripping, other csravanners had the same issue although we where using low wattage items the toilet facilities where somewhat yuck!
