Great service from wardens, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly staff

There was a Rally on which we not informed about prior to booking, limited toilet & shower facilities

Great site staff really friendly and spotless site easy to walk into Stourport-on-Severn and bewdley we had serviced pitch which was great size there was a festival other side of river playing loud music but never bothered us unfortunately we went wrong time as schools just broke up so lots of children screaming but we will definitely go back to this site

Lots of children but that’s our fault forgot they were breaking up

It was brilliant very very clean they do not stop working they would help anyone we have allready booked to go bk in August can’t wait

Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Great location with plenty to do nearby. Great play area and football section for the kid's. Showers had excellent water pressure. Pitches were level in the area we stayed.

Shower and toilet block was clean but could do with updating.

Lovely surroundings. Pitches a good size. Showers and all areas very clean. Lots of safe space for kids to play. Loved the bird life. We would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous setting with great play areas for kids. Pitches were level and nicely laid out. We stayed on blackbird which i would recommend for families as they loop around the play area so you can sit at your camp but still keep an eye on the kids as they play. Showers, toilets and dish washing areas were well maintained and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Showers were super powerful and warm, better than what I’ve got at home! Good WiFi and it’s free. Lovely walks by the river and into stourport itself. There is a food truck on site on the weekend thought we didn’t use it. An ice cream van travelled around the site every day we were there which was great on a hot day. There are resident swans and ducks, and the kids loved seeing these and spotting frogs and fish in the ponds and river.

Not really a dislike just a word of warning really. There was a weekend musical festival on the other side of the river which went on until midnight for two of the nights we were there and it was fairly loud. The site didn’t know anything about it as they said they would warn customers in advance if there are events on that may cause a disturbance. It was quite a distance away but the noise travels especially with the wind. Personally we enjoyed the free live music and it didn’t bother us though my 8 year old complained it was loud when he was trying to sleep though he soon dropped off. By the sounds of it it’s only a handful of events a year so it’s not an every week thing to be concerned about. Worth checking with the site in advance when booking to check if the event venue has anything on. Just to iterate it’s completely outside of lickhill manor caravan park’s control and the site has an absolute quiet rule between 11pm and 8am which was followed by everyone on the other nights of our stay. Outside of this festival it was a very quiet and peaceful site, with just the usual kids playing noise at the playareas.

Everything about this site is great. Great warm welcome in reception and pleasant conversations with staff during our stay. There was a live music festival/concert across the river from the site during some of our stay that we or anyone else (including the site) were not notified about prior to our stay. didn’t bother us at all & staff came around to explain the issue to us as soon as they knew what was happening.. I know this would annoy others,especially those with children as it went on late into the night. But I think the site staff handled it quite well.

Nothing apart from the combination lock on the men’s bathroom/showers was a bit temperamental. And was sometimes tough to get to open.
