7 miles of single track lane (the way our satnav directed us).

Family were nice, quiet campsite, hot shower, the stars were absolutely breathtaking.

Such a strong word.... So not necessarily disliked just could have been better, the campsite is down a really bumpy road...it popped our tyre off the rim and we had to change it roadside on a single track country lane... The chickens are free roaming and got into our tent knocking things over and spilling oil all over the ground sheet....the campsite is not lit up so it's very dark at night, Its a very remote location and a good 20 minutes from a main road so confident driving is a must... Its 40 mins from a superstore, there was no signal at all for us not even on the bench.... The WiFi worked ok for the last 2 nights of our stay but it was 2 days into our stay when we got a password. Lastly hot water at the washing up station is needed, the water is bitingly cold.

Absolutely everything, family who own are extremely welcoming, all pre known information is spot on, there is a woodland walk with am adult only tree bench/ swing a pond ,a feeding area for farm animals

The owners were lovely and had put us in a different area on arrival as they felt the tent pitches were too water logged due to heavy rain. The pitch given was flat and private, I felt this should always be a pitch as it was perfect for a large tent. The stream is lovely. Toilets x 2 are clean and shower hot.

The bumpy road people talk about in reviews is bumpy, but totally fine. To say it scratched someone’s car just cannot be true, it’s just a stony road that is really short, so we are not sure why people have been so extreme about it on these reviews!

There is WiFi but could not log on as signal too poor. We were fine as happy to be without signal or WiFi, but this would improve the site as it’s useful to research in the evening to plan your next day out.

This place is gorgeous to camp at if you want a calm and quite weekend away. We arrived in the pouring rain and wind and it was so beautiful it didn’t matter! Once set up we could appreciate the site, a beautiful stream with a lovely woodland walk, all the lovely farm animals around and can’t wait to take little ones back there! We had a wonderful time exploring wales and the owners couldn’t do anymore. We had some wood for the fire and toasted marshmallows! Electric hook up worked fine and the toilet and showers were clean and
Hot! It is half an hour from a town or shop but if you pack up for the weekend you should be fine! We didn’t mind as we managed to go and explore! We would recommend the hours drive to Tenby, a lovely coastline and town.

We didn’t dislike anything as that is such a strong word but one thing we would say and that is no fault to the owners, as it has rained for the past week our pitch we needed to put our tent on was very muddy so we had to go on a slight hill to gain grass but it was still on our pitch as the spaces were huge! The bumpy drive way was something that you need to tackle but it is a farm! Plus the signal would be intermittent but my fiance and I loved not having phones about. He wasn’t on eBay the whole time! Haha - we could get signal at the top of the drive and the owners in the farm house said If there is an emergency then we can use the landline. All in all I don’t have any huge things that we disliked.

The site was clean and tidy. Our dogs enjoyed the walk around the pond and woodland walk.
Toilet block is cleaned regularly. The owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The trip was everything I expected and wanted. We will definitely returning.
