Pilbach Holiday Park

Very lovely stay warm welcome and staff are a fantastic and very helpful I will be visiting again ☺️

It was a little remote however they have shop and amenities if needed

The campsite in general, good level pitch we were on a corner so loads of room

Everything a drive away even pub for food and shop

Countryside nearby

Not being given the code to enter the park, instead having to wait for the woman to let us in, while others had been given the code. What made it worse was the lady was having a drink outside the bar. I understand people are there for long hours, but why she made such a fuss about telling us the code while all along others were told it is beyond me. Thankfully our campsite neighbours told us the code, so we didn't have to wait to enter the park from day 3 of our stay onwards.

Arrived and was met at the barrier by Jo. Jo turned out to be a jack of all trades. She appeared to be doing 12-14 hr shifts and nothing was to much trouble. She walked us to our pitch as it was our first time in a motorhome. She was and is a credit to the owners. Jo also walked round saying hi and making sure everyone was ok, needing anything from the shop or bar.

The site was very busy with children playing on the play ground and running around, yet bang on 10Pm it was peaceful.

Pool was shut due to covid. Clean tidy everywhere again sometimes we observed Jo doing this as well as bar lady.

Would return again.

Only one chemical waste which occasionally got block.

Location of this site is good for the surrounding coast.
Toilets kept in a clean condition.

The late night noise.
Police called to site after a fight.
Constant children cycling or running around the roads, accident waiting to happen.
Only one receptionist/warden, took 30 mins for her to open barrier had to find her, she was busy serving her customers in the bar.
Big groups together sitting on the road and making tons of noise.

Everything all tip top , from clean toilets to zero rubbish blowing around very friendly staff , liked it so much im staying as a seasonal

It was ok

Plot was bogged all weekend with no light , swimming pool shut for the kids even though government says they can open and on line doesn’t say its shut , bar says open but it’s not .

Good clean and accessible.quiet site.It was a shame that the pool was not opened and the other amenities.The owner was very nice any problems he dealt with it straight away.Good place for children to enjoy

With Covid and restrictions in place we couldn’t access the amenities
