Nice clean facilities. Pitches where nice and quite too

Not a lot for the kids to do really… arcade was very small and most of the machines was switched off or not working, outdoor pool was quite clearly going to be cold so we had to keep paying for indoor swimming at £22 a day due to there being 2 adults and 5 kids. The park was over crowded with older kids so the little one wouldn’t play.

Got right by the toilet and the pool so the kids could go off and swim and play football

We had a brilliant stay, the park was just what we were looking for. A lot for the children to do, we loved the indoor pool which was lovely and warm 31 degrees, the children enjoyed the outdoor pool which was around 25 degrees

We were in the superior pitches, we had a lot of space on our pitch, the WiFi was good, the area was clean

There’s a lot to do around the area, we visited cheddar gorge, we cycled the strawberry line from Yatton station, went into Burnham on sea and on the beach, Glastonbury another beautiful town, we went on a chartered fishing boat trip with Teddie Boy Charters from Minehead that was a fantastic day with a lot of fish caught

When in the outdoor pool we were baffled my son wasn’t allowed to use the swimming pool showers and toilet as he’d make the carpet wet, you have to go through the entrance to get to it, although people were coming out of the indoor pool with wet feet, didn’t make sense, they sent my son across the car park and site road to the main shower block

The main entertainment didn’t start until 10pm after bingo, kids club etc, we never did stay for the main entertainment as it was just too late for the children and us to be honest

The indoor pool you have to pay for, my mother and father in law didn’t have to pay as they were in the pods, which doesn’t make sense as we paid a lot for our stay as we were in superior pitches but still paying additional for the indoor pool

Lovely place and clean and tidy toilets.
Fantastic entertainment and staff.

Had an assistant dog with us and they refused entry. Had no other problems any where with the dog or details. The owner would not except with us against the law within the equality act. They need to ensure their policies are within their he law moving forward

Very friendly and helpful staff. Campsite including toilets and showers was very clean and kept at a high standard.

Very clean site and facilities. Very quiet and good for families. We could use our bbq as the plots were very well spaced and the site was very flexible in terms of pitching up.

The indoor pool needed a bit of chemical attention and the got tub was a bit gross and stopped us from using it. Staff didn't seem to know anything about pool maintenance.

Clean site good warm swimming pool with a splash pad for the little one can't fault the food in the clubhouse

The only thing I would prefer they're no kids meals on the take out menu and my daughter only really liked the kids burger she could get in the clubhouse so would be my only suggestion to the owners to include

Good admin and facilities, friendly staff, lots of entertainment.

Wasn't clear where to put waste water.

Pleasant helpful staff, entertainment was suitable for young children early evening adult entertainment at 9pm was so funny and really made our night “the Black Country boys”

Areas looked clean food was tasty

Site for touring was clean i had made an error when booking the pitch but the staff was so helpful to get this rectified for us when it was clearly my fault was very much appreciated

Not much on site to do but as we stayed for one night to travel further the next day was more than suitable for us

Shop was stocked but not a lot of options but plenty of basics

My son did get ignored by a staff member in the arcade section when he was trying to ask about lost money in the machine from where I was sat I could see her talking to other staff and walking back and forth I understand she could be busy in the other area but just acknowledge the child person and let them know il be with you soon as possible instead of just walking past them like they’re not there seemed rude

Liked everything about this place! Even before we even arrived the friendly helpful staff just made us feel so welcome!
The receptionists were so lovely, the site and facilities were fab!
The entertainment was brilliant! Kids loved the swimming, prices weren’t too bad either!
Will defo revisit
