Absolutely nothing

The pitch was churned up with wet mud due to vehicles using it as a short cut, it had been reported to reception prior to our arrival where they advised there was nothing they could do. There was only one drain for all the showers meaning that the waste from each cubicle flowed into the next one until it reached the drain. The shower heads were fixed and far too powerful meaning the dry dressing area was soaking wet along with clothes and towel.
The men's toilets were frequently out of order in one block and not particularly clean.
There seemed to be members of the travelling fraternity present who left their rubbish on the pitch when they left. This was there all day until someone removed it.
The site is next to a constantly very busy road which added to the screaming kids till late at night meant very little peace or sleep.

No temperature gauge on showers so scolding hot
No daytime entertainment or activities
Children playing loudly in play area until very late at night and then glass left in play area

Club house and arcade and kids entertainment in the evening was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices of food and drink and great also. Outdoor pool the kids loved. Onsite shop has all the basic needs.

On arrival was told pitch book was first come first served and just pick one you see free! When driving round, most pitches taken up by other cars/other vehicles parked on from another pitch. So one pitch booked with caravan and awning etc and then they parked car half on the opposite pitch, so making other pitches smaller. Seems no toilets for outdoor pool! Was told by staff that we couldn't use indoor toilet in building as we've been in the pool and we are wet!?! Had to exit pool and building and walk kids across car park to opposite toilet block. Bit strange no toilets if you have wet swim gear on, for 100 + people using pool? Nothing the staff can do, but the main kids play park was lawless. Been to many sites, but this was the worst for kids picking on/starting fights with other kids in the park. Me and other parents had to step in more then once to break fights up. Wouldn't recommend letting kids go there unsupervised. Don't know if its normally like it mind.

The park was very clean and tidy, especially the toilet and shower facilities. The food portions at the restaurant were good and not overly expensive We thoroughly enjoyed our stay our stay.

Great professional entertainment every night which kids (6 -9) thoroughly enjoyed . Very friendly staff from reception to security
Facilities were very clean and well looked after whole time we was there and we even went into the outdoor pool twice which was a surprise
Prices for food in the clubhouse were very reasonable and kids loved the slushes , great value at £1.50

Equipment in swimming pool area looked a bit worn
No wifi as this would have been very useful

Entertainment, park pool, shop etc all perfect for a young family! Will definitely be back

Very loud at the park at nighttime (avoid near the park) wouldn’t stop me returning would just pitch elsewhere

Well spaced pitches, clearly designated areas, everywhere was very nicely kept. Toilet, shower and washing facilities great, as we’re kids play areas and swimming pool. Evening entertainment was fun. Thank you for a great stay!
