Friendly staff felt very welcoming, spacious plot, easy access to everything, the prices of food and drink good, also food was good sizing had fun, showers cleaned regularly

Really enjoyed our stay brilliant entertainment food was great in the restaurant really good selection. My daughter had a blast. We used the outdoor pool and it was fab. Everywhere was clean and tidy they obviously work very hard to keep the high standard as it was very busy when we were there and the facilities were very clean.

Only thing I didn't like was it felt the pitches were a bit close together but that's what u would expect in a larger campsite might be nice to have some trees or shrubs in between the sections but that only a small suggestion the pitches had water close by and where clean so all in all a great place to go.

Location was nice, lots of things to do within a short distance, lots of on site facilities - such as indoor and outdoor pool, Club house, fishing pond etc
Has the potential to be an outstanding site!

Where do we start:
Untidy pitches… touring section seemed to be the only part that wasn’t maintained litter everywhere hardstanding pitches had grass everywhere, and didn’t even bother cutting the grass once… basically might as well have just left it as a field! Not acceptable at over £800 for two weeks! I mean the static and super pitch were amazing… shame people with well behaved animals can’t stay on them!

The campsite and wardens didn’t give a dam about how close vans parked to each other, had our van and awning at one point touching the units at either side… sure this is just poor management and out and out dangerous! No fire breaks! Trying to get as much on the site rather than thinking of the quality

Dogs were allowed to roam, and nothing was ever questioned or done when complaints were made.

Waste water drains blocked, broken chemical waste points - which was just a toilet

Showers running dangerously hot in some of the showers… couldn’t wash our 3year old in them… reported to a warden… “yeh we keep reporting it” was the answer. Got to say though that the showers and toilet were although dated were always very clean.

Bins at the front of the sites, regularly leak bin juices, and don’t get washed up or sorted.

My honest opinion is this could be an outstanding site with the right love and attention… but they are happy to take your £800+ and do nothing else!
I mean they even charged for the plastic tubs that you use for the 2p arcade machines… but can’t cut some grass!
