Just got back from Cae Glas camping 🏕 B/H weekend
It was amazing!

The hosts Mel & Aaron are the nicest friendliest people and can't do enough to help and make sure you're stay is perfect.

The field is lovely and so well kept, it's nice as only 10 pitches allowed no overcrowding and not noisy.
The surroundings are amazing, fields and mountains as far as the eye can see, so peaceful and relaxing, just breathtaking.

They also have a shepards hut with hot tub and a hut with a hot tub to book,
both look lush!

They have 2 toilets & a shower, it the best shower I've ever used on a campsite I may add, it's a POWER shower and the shower cubicle is huge.
The block is fully heated too, so as soon as you step foot in the room you feel the warmth, it's so nice.

Mel has a lil shop she does the most amazing Pizzas 🍕 (to order)
Hot & cold drinks
Snacks and more.
They also sell firewood £7.50 for a big box more than enough for your firepit.

They also have the cutest lil farm with animals who are so friendly and you can pet them when you want to, they have....
Pygmy Goats 🐐
Pigs 🐖 (my favourite) 🙂
Chickens 🐔
2 beautiful Highland cows
Donkeys 🫏
They also do Llama 🦙 trekking, you can go for a walk through the fields with them on leads, so adorable to see.

They have a full recycling ♻️ station set up there too which is great 👍

I also had a fantastic signal 5G

I think I've pretty much covered it all lol!
I would 100% recommend Cae Glas and we can't wait for our next visit 😍

Everything, view was stunning, best place we have stayed! Owners very friendly. Loo and shower in same room and the shower room was like one at home and there was heating in there! Epic view and very friendly alpacas and you could hear the donkeys! Well worth the money and if you can’t find food they do pizza pre ordered and wine and beers!

Nothing was epic!!! It’s close the Owners house so have to be respectful

Everything, super easy to navigate, walks nearby and cute animals everywhere. even bought the farms own honey:)

The bathrooms were nice and warm and very clean, the view was beautiful and getting to meet the animals was a bonus. Walking distance from to the show caves and the pub (which has a mini zoo!). Both the owners were lovely and the site is dog friendly

Thoroughly enjoyed our time, despite the rain. Lots of things to love, but mostly for us it was the location with great walks near by.

As per other reviews, it will be great when the other toilets/showers are ready for action.
The site is really well lit all night long. Although I’m sure this would be a real bonus for some people, I prefer my campsites dark!
