Nice size pitch with water waste and electric on pitch , clean toilets and a small lake on site

Lovely location with plenty of room to pitch our tent. A quiet site, everyone was respectful. Lovely welcome from Pip. Facilities were very clean and showers were hot. Use of a hairdryer for 20p was appreciated.
Lovely views from the site, highly recommend a stay here.

I love the fact that the site is owner managed, Pip does it all from checkin to checkout and all the cleaning in between ;-). She is super friendly and can’t do enough to help you. I could guarantee if you run out of tea bags Pip would give you some of her own without a doubt. Shops are not far away though so this would not be an issue. The site is on a working farm in the middle of the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside. It is not a noisy farm at all, as some of the reviews state and I have very good hearing, it didn’t bother me at all, in fact I didn’t even notice any noise from the farm. It was dead silent during the night and we had perfect sleep. The pitches are large and flat and it’s not a large site which we liked. It has a beautiful lake with lots of fish that will follow you around the lake on the surface (waiting for food I guess) which was great to see. We only used the toilet blocks once as we have a shower and toilet in the van which we prefer to use but the toilet blocks were clean, tidy and well maintained. The site was immaculate with no rubbish floating about. The scenery is beautiful with lush fields, horses and cows around. This site is perfect for a piece full getaway in the countryside with a friendly and welcoming owner who cares about her site. We have our own wifi in the van so did not use the wifi on site but it’s there if you need it. TV signal was great from the van. I know the site will be having some new features soon such as dog run and washing machine and dryer which is always handy. This is an adult only site which suits us. Definitely worth a visit and we would stay again.

Clean & tranquil campsite, some great people on the site who made us feel very welcome the staff were attentive and friendly.

Chilled atmosphere, site was very clean and welcoming, Pip was there for any problems.
Fish n chip van turned up just down the road on a Monday evening , a shop called carrot and wine for those forgotten items a few minutes away by car.
Good base for exploring the area.
Views excellent.
Fire pits and fuel available on site as well as a small farm shop for bits n pieces. Eggs available on site:- freshly laid and reasonably priced.
Felt very secure with the locked entrance gates.
Well stocked lake for fishing, most people seemed successful at landing a few.
Do not drive through the gates until they have fully opened and stopped as this is important to get maximum clearance.

Nothing, made some good friends there and we intend to go back there.

We had a lovely stay here. Me and my husband enjoyed 2 nights here despite the awful weather. Toilet facilities were lovely and clean with nice hot showers. We paid for wifi which we had good signal throughout our stay.
Was greeted by the owner on arrival who was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

The view and the lake, clean shower block

Toilet block at the top of the park. Quite a walk up from bottom of park. It was our decision to park there but still up hill. Nowhere for the dog to run free as of yet. Men's showers are open showers hubby wasnt impresssed. Women's you have to dress and undress out of the shower as there is no room in the shower. Bit out of the way from everything. Have to pay for Wi Fi signal really poor.

Beautiful campsite with fantastic views. Great level fully serviced pitches. Clean modern shower block. A little gem.

Such a beautiful site, with the pond and fishing, it is tranquil. The ultimate in peaceful relaxation zone with the gentle animal and occasional farm equipment. The showers are spotless, every time, and a major bonus, none of that silly push button for water nonsense. The toilets likewise, spotless. The owner, Pip, is so helpful and can direct you to both local eateries and shopping as well as further afield. The site is very secure with fencing all around and keypad operated electric gates. Getting to the site is lovely, you go from motorway to dual carriage way onto A roads and finally unclassified single track with some passing places, it’s a delight as you get further into the remoteness.

Bit of a hike from the electric tent pitches to the toilet, grateful for a Bivvy Loo at night :-). rest of the time it helped get the steps in!
Fires are allowed, as they should be, sometimes the wood drifting wood smoke became an annoyance, but this is a minor point and would not bother the majority.
Bit of a minor grumble paying for WiFi in this day and age it should really be free.
