The site was a lovely site in a great location ideal for exploring the Peak District. The grass pitches were spacious and well maintained. The staff onsite were friendly and accommodating to any questions or queries we had and even helped out with an electric cable extension when we needed it. The whole site overall was well looked after and would definitely stay here again.

A super friendly welcome, full of local knowledge and site support. Helpful with equipment, kind to all and so so accommodating. A brilliant stay for us as novices, will definitely be back for a hidden. Spot on Derbyshire for some peace and quiet.

Lovely site , plenty of space for kids to play , ample sized pitches , toilet and showers were clean , nice location for exploring the Peaks

Maybe could do with a couple of extra toilets n showers for a campsite of that size

The staff were super friendly and helpful, my son absolutely loved the fishing lake. The on-site amenities were always clean and well kept. No wifi on the pitches (available around the shop) but we had 5G and full phone signal so very happy. We are looking forward to returning

Really Fantastic little site to stay with clean facilities and friendly staff. The little fishing lake was a great extra for entertaining the kids and adults alike, caught lots of little Carp and other fish. Prime location for days out nearby.

Very warm greeting from the hosts, all staff were friendly and helpful, great facilities for a small site. Both children enjoyed fishing on a well stocked pond.

Alleen wifi bij de receptie. Had met onze kleine caravan liever op het grasveld gestaan. Langs de weg is het zo kaal.

The site is nice and well equipped. I liked the fact that each pitch has it's own water tap.
I loved the pitches around the lake. I must pitch here next time, it's so peaceful first thing in the morning. Lots of fish can be seen swimming around at this time of day. Lovely.

It didn't affect me too much but as there are only 2 showers it could become very busy at peak times of day.
