Love the wild field for camping and so much space to be away from other tents. Really handy there was a communal fridge over by the showers and fire pit and logs were great.

Beautiful peaceful location and great to be pitched up alongside all the wild flowers. The fact that the pitch locations are spread out over such a large area is fantastic for us as we like to not feel overcrowded.
Also great to find a site that is tents only and not full of great big motor homes. Makes the experience more enjoyable.
The communal kitchen area came in extremely useful and the toilet block was perfectly clean and tidy with fully functioning showers.
Massive thanks to our host who came to check we were getting on ok on the first day.
Such a good location for visiting the local towns and villages of the Cotswolds, and the very popular Diddly Squat Farm.

Nice little site just down the road from us. Good facilities, nice and clean. Marcus was very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Highly recommend others to stay.

Park run on Saturday morning, I’m an over weight middle aged male, I felt shamed and inadequate watching the athletes excel in their morning run 🫣

Great facilities with immediately warm showers- come prepared to make a cosy fire. Marcus made our stay special and we left with some fresh woodland honey from the shop too!

Peaceful setting which is great for exploring the Cotswolds, likeminded campers, on-site park run for runners!, simple but effective facilities, no cars on the field, huge areas of beautiful woodland and fields for the kids to be wild in, soaked in nature, big skies and stars at night, no dogs (apart from the hosts), safe feel to the site. It’s been well thought through as a site, and it was a fairly unique camping experience. Your ability to be separate from other campers is limited by only your ability to wheelbarrow your stuff as far as you can!

Slightly abrupt/rude hosts at times made us feel a little uneasy, but I can see how this approach can help enforce the rules and therefore the enjoyment for all, various points with no hot water/toilet paper/firewood was annoying especially as the overall cost to stay at this site is quite high, but once informed the hosts dealt with the issues. Also, the additional £10 per night (!) for a fire bowl was steep. Pitches are undefined which is nice in someways, but it was tricky to find patches of flat ground for larger tents as a group, but that’s a balance with the “wild” nature of the site.
