Excellent site but no play facilities apart from space to run around.

Perfect location for travelling around to attractions, landmarks etc.
Although very quiet and secluded, lots of restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets nearby (approx. 10 minute drive).
Annette and Mark were sooo friendly and helpful with suggesting ideal things to do in the area with a 1 year old. Highly recommend Lappa Valley if you have young children, great day out.
Stayed in the Stargazey hut for 1 week. Was everything we needed and more. Super comfy double bed. Lots of space in the hut. Welcome basket and information pack was very lovely and useful :)
Fully equipped kitchenette, iron, ironing board, airer (all really useful things that we actually used and not many other sites think of, so thank you :))
The hut was sparkling clean and designed to a fabulous quality.
Toilets and showers across the way, always spotlessly clean and fully stocked.
On site laundry room, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Very useful and actually used this. Reasonably priced.
Lots of lovely grass space for our little one to play on.
We would highly recommend this site to anyone and shall be returning in the future.

Ein sehr schöner Campinglatz, klein und gemütlich. Jeder Stellplatz verfügt über viel Platz und einen Picknicktisch aus Holz. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Sanitäranlagen sind einfach, aber sauber und voll ausreichend.

Lovely couple who greeted us so warmly and gave us lots of info about local area, amazingly clean and spacious facilities (big cubicles for showers with little ones was fab), so peaceful, beautiful pitch dividers with pretty rockeries, stone walls and flowers/bushes, solid wooden picnic benches provided for each camping pitch, and on a personal level the lady owner was so kind and helpful when we had a problem with our car. Can't rate this place highly enough, the absolute cherry on top was the two gorgeous friendly cats who just completed my little ones holiday. Many thanks, would recommend in a heartbeat 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Campsite and facilities are very clean. Love the space available. Although in a quiet area very central to visit lots of places. Campsite owners were friendly and welcoming. Booking back in for next year!

We had a fab stay at this super site. The owners gave us really warm welcome and made sure we knew where to find everything. The pitches are roomy and level. The whole site is picturesque, clean, beautifully maintained and very well equipped. It's easy to access what you need and we were so comfy because of extra thought that's gone in - good wifi, easy access to electric hookups, picnic tables at the pitches, and warm shower/toilet facilities. Very happy with our choice to stay here.
