Location

Some external elements of pitch were exceptionally dirty. Gun noise can be annoying but does stop late afternoon. During our stay there was a party in restaurant. DJ played music from mid day to 8pm that was so loud that back in our Motorhome we had to turn tv right up to drown out the noise. There was a family of 10 in the Restaurant who were celebrating a birthday who couldn't even speak to each other over the noise of the party DJ. This park needs to decide is it a caravan park, a clay shooting venue, a resturant or a club venue. At the moment they are not doing all four in a complimentary manner

Facilities in restaurant area where site is very tranquil and peacefully once clay pigeon shooting is finished everyone so polite n helpful

The walk to the showers could have another one nearer to pitches

The grounds were well kept and the facilities were immaculate. We stayed in a VW Campervan but the pitch size was huge, with access to the grass behind us meaning we could set up for the evening in the sun. The staff were friendly and really helpful with an onsite bar and restaurant.

Nothing to dislike.

Loved the friendly staff, plus how clean and modern the reception area is. We also booked in for a meal at the restaurant and it was delicious. We could also have gone fishing, shot clay pigeons, or watched the resident peacock but instead chose to chill by the van in the sun followed by a little walk to get a milkshake at the milk hut - the strawberry shake was very nice 😊. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Extremely clean toilet and showering facilities, beautiful food in the Stand. W e love clay shooting so it was ideal for us to stay the night and then enjoy breakfast in the stand followed by a day clay pigeon shooting. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

-The place was immaculate, toilets, main building and even the camping area.
-Oh and I had Taylor Swift to listen to while eating. Didn’t want to leave for my bed after doing LEJOG .

Will definitely book next year when I do the LEJOG run again, nice place to stop on the way home.
