Lovely site. Well maintained. Friendly staff onsite. The toilets and showers were very modern and clean. A nice walk into New Quay along the beach. Would recommend to all.

Lovely clean, well thought out site dog friendly. We stayed in a full service pitch which was well maintained, flat, stoned pitch with a grassed area too, that had lighting and wooden seating.
Fabulous warm, clean shower block with hot water and music.
Loved and used the dog wash facilities, what a great idea.
We were sent directions and pitch details before we arrived and we were greeted on arrival by the site manager who was friendly and informative, he also offers rides into town for a small donation.

Nothing to dislike here

Absolutely loved everything about Wern Mill. The grounds were immaculate, toilets and showers were spotlessly clean. The Dog wash was an absolute bonus which we used everyday. Nice easy walk to the beach. The information received before arrival was excellent giving accurate directions and ease of finding our pitch. Staff extremely friendly and we can’t recommend this site enough and we are looking forward to returning next year when the weather is a little better and we can enjoy the bar and outside areas.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this site.

Escorted out on a narrow road due main road blocked on leaving.
Easy walk to the beach.
Was offered a lift to town if required, 30min walk.

Small pitches no room for car and awning. (we were lucky, parked the car park due to where the pitch was)
TV reception none existent (this was in covering email that reception was not good in certain place on the site)
One night site noise from birthday went on until 11:30pm

The facilities at Wern Mill were outstanding and the staff were excellent, especially when a burst watermain outside the site cut off all water. They had gone out of their way to collect water to ensure that there was some available for guests. This type of service is not often see these days well done!!

The site is super clean, well maintained. Everyone is super friendly. Toilets and showers lovely and clean with very hot water. Even has the radio playing in there!
They have a special wetsuit wash area AND dog wash area with a doggy blow dryer!
I would say it’s an older campsite meaning the majority of people staying were older. We were a group of female friends aged around 30. But we were there for a quiet chilled one so suited us perfectly. Has a little bar on site and it proved very popular. Shop was good. Honestly the best site I’ve ever stayed at and I will go back!
Short walk to the beach which was amazing of an evening to watch the sunset.
I would highly recommend.

WiFi wasn’t great.
The only dislike is that it is difficult to get your caravan in the right position with car alone due to narrowness. HOWEVER! They have a quad bike and help you park them if you struggle or don’t have a motor mover. I managed to get mine parked and moved ok but others struggled.
