umberslade was a wonderful place to camp, the facilities were super clean and convenient and the field was picturesque.

Fabulous short stay at Umberslade. Loved everything, lots of space to pitch, facilities are clean and shower was fantastic. Lovely walks, small animal holdings to keep children entertained along with park and play barn. Coffee shop was well stocked & coffee was really good. The pizza barn was amazing the food was delish. 10/10 umberslade couldn’t ask for anything more :)

We thought Umberslade was an extraordinary place. The animals as you drive in were a welcoming sight and there was a flat pitch for our camper van. The conveniences are housed in a large building so that there is a generous lobby between the showers and the toilets, all cleaned to highest standards. It is worth meandering through to the Pizza kitchen situated in a courtyard surrounded by picturesque farm buildings and gardens. A statue is adorned with roses. The pizzas were very good too, tasting of authentic wood smoke. An excellent place altogether, and only 14 minutes away from great National Trust properties.

A little note - a bench inside the building by the showers would have been welcome. There are only two showers and I had to wait twenty minutes.

Facilities clean and brand new. Surroundings of astonishing beauty.

We had a lovely time at Umberslade. Ours kids are 13, 10, 4 and 4 (twins) and they also had a blast. Felt like we had the field to ourselves. We loved seeing the sheep and the horses. The kids loved using the playground, the toilet facilities were spotless. The showers were like a hotel ensuite (have baby changing sign on the door, but use the code sent to you for access at all hours) and the washing up facilities were well maintained. We eagerly awaited till 9am every morning to get some freshly made coffee and pastries from espresso farm! The drive through to the estate down the tree lined road was a lovely walk one evening. We only stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed more. We had a big 8 person tent and our giant 4m gazebo up and still loads of room for the kids to play without annoying anyone! Not that many others were there! The pizza's were superb. Whilst there we used the espresso farm wifi having got the code one morning. Signal is a bit patchy in the field but we didn't mind.

Having somewhere to freeze our ice blocks would have made our stay even more perfect!

Pristine site. Lovely big field (which is flat) so plenty of space. Facilities spotless and the huge benefit of an on-site pizzeria (although check for opening, it’s not every evening) plus cafe with wifi.

The campsite us in the estate which is very well maintained and everything was immaculate - with lovely walks from the campsite.

If you’re looking for wilderness, this is not the place. It’s so immaculate that it’s a bit sterile - and you will get text messages to tell you where everything is, rather than having someone meet you.

Can’t fault it: it’s not really my sort of place but my picky 18 year old daughter thought it was fabulous.

Privacy. Facilities were amazing - very clean. Pizza barn on-site was a great addition. Felt safe and secure. Pitch field was very flat and spacious. Great facilities children and babies.

Amazing, clean campsite with great facilities. Toilets were super clean with options for baby change. Lovely cafe and pizzeria onsite, pizza and beer were a perfect touch! Huge park area for the children and plenty of space to run around. Level pitches and really friendly staff! Called on arrival and was advised to pitch up anywhere on the field.

Umberslade Estate is the most beautiful campsite on the same property as their coffee shop, farm and bike shop. They are the most fantastic facilities, you can stroll around and see all of the animals in their farm, grab a coffee from their wonderful coffee shop or a pizza from the pizza barn. The toilets and shower block is huge as well as modern and extremely clean, the photos online really do not do it justice. The campsite is large and open, a very relaxed environment where you just pitch up anywhere you would like and will be greeted by the very friendly owners. The grass was freshly mown when we arrived which looked amazing. I highly recommend this campsite and wound definitely stay again if returning to the area. 10/10
