The sloping grass pitches, the lack of a drain for grey water, the black water point situated next to the ladies toilet door, having to block the road to get close enough to the water points, no lighting as you come out of the toilets in the dark, the unhelpful team on the front desk…

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay here. We travelled with x2 teens aged 13 and 16 and they had a fab time. Great location easy route to Looe town center, nice and peaceful of an evening. People were enjoying music on their pitches but no loud or rowdy groups/people playing music until all hours. We felt very rested. Showering block was a great size, lots of toilets and shower cubicals with also family and accessible cubicals which is fab! Shop was very well priced lots of essentials available and friendly staff. Clubhouse was clean, animation team were very friendly. Deanos was also a hit! Arcade was great fun, sometimes too many unsupervised children running a muck and shaking machines/putting their hands in the 2p machines to scoop out money 🙈 but otherwise plenty to do to occupy a few hours.

My only real issue is that our pitch (number 115) was between two caravans that are pitched up seasonally which was fine, no issues with that but one of the vans was placed right on the boundary line which meant pegging out the guy ropes for the tent and wind breaks was challenging with a larger tent but more frustratingly the aqua roll and connectors from pitch 116 encroaches onto the pitch space. I think the site should prehaps address this as someone with a bigger tent/ multiple cars may struggle to fit within their pitch they have paid for. Also would benefit from perhaps more dishwashing space. Two per shower block area meant ques were forming each night but nothing that sitting back at the tent and having another brew whilst the que went down couldn't solve. Overall we really enjoyed the site. I can be a bit fussy when camping but this ticked all the boxes overall.

Clean toilets and showers facilities. Amazing views. Great evenings entertainment. Fantastic bar and restaurant crew. Rachel did a fantastic job. Lots of fun for families.

The old lady in reception wasn't really friendly and helpful. Wifi is a waste of money, sloow and overpriced. Better off use your mobile data- thank me later.

Not allowing dogs into restaurant and bar facilities need to allocate an area to accommodate pets on leads would have spent more money on site in the restaurant and bars .Mobile caravans on site pitches left for seasonal pitches need to be managed better looks very tatty and unkept let's the site down

Dogs not allowed in clubhouse. Had to pay for WiFi which we did not.

Unable to go to the nightclub due to having our little dog. I think an area in the clubhouse so people can take their dogs would be beneficial for the campsite and there guests
