Staff and facilities were lovely

We arrived on to pitches covered in at least 150mm of mud, when asked were to park, we were told "Don't worry, we'll pull you of in the Morning" who wants to get a camper stuck in mud, and have to walk through it to get in! we should have a hard standing spare tomorrow.. When asked the following day for the spare hard standing, we were told "Sorry, we've just let it, knowing full well that we were there, I booked for three nights and stayed 1, The staff were all lovely, but the stay and the site were horrendous.

Entertainment in the bar in the evenings. The kids loved the talent show. We enjoy the free pool access. Clean and plentiful toilets, showers etc. Lovely sea view despite the rain! Enjoyed the burgers from the burger van.

Pool was a little chilly!

The site was spaced out very well with access to a footpath to the beach. Good price for dogs to stay.

Showers were not very powerful and took around 5 mins for the walk to warm up. Overall shower area was ok but could have been a little cleaner. With extra attention to cleaning and better water pressure these showers could be 5 star.

Pitches were clean and that's about it.

Toilet facilities were disgusting.
Toilets were blocked and dirty. There was wires hanging from sockets.

Swimming baths were freezing 🥶 even in the evening at 4pm.
There were a couple of staff members with attitude and not helpfull but there was one or 2 that went above and beyond thay know who thay are.

Have to pay for WiFi which is stupid

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities including showers, toilets and swimming pool was outstanding. I travel with my staffie and there were plenty of dog walks for her too.

The weather. Unfortunately it was the beginning of February and was very wet but obviously that couldn’t be helped.

Friendly staff and lovely clean facilities.
Booked on pitch up an hour before as needed facilities. Showers/toilets very clean and reasonable at £27.50 for fully serviced hard standing. Quiet as early Feb but pool still open

The only thing that lets the site down is that there seem to be loads of very tatty touring caravans that look like they have been there for years covered muck and with collapsed awnings ? No issue to us but may put some off

We stayed here for two nights in January great to have campsite open all year.

Dirty caravans everywhere and in a bad condition. So view wasn't great. Long walk to toilets and showers as block close to us was closed.

Nice and clean park, nice swimming pool. Shop on site and a club.

Weather 🤣but thats not the park’s fault.

Facilities were very reasonable

Kids enjoyed it
Shop well stocked

The arcade was very poor with machines not working or not giving out tickets
Toilets not very clean
