Les douches jamais disponibles quand on en a besoin car seulement 2 pour tout le camping et des attentes de 30 minutes devant la porte pour ne pas perdre son tour comme à l'école.
Une coupure d'eau chaude faute de gaz qui a durer un peu trop longtemps faute de trouver le responsable du camping pour le prévenir ( on avait une visite programmée du château et on se mettait en retard).
Les douches toujours salles ( pas de support bois pour poser les pieds) et des portes qui ne ferment pas ( bricolage).
Lavabos sans eau chaude pour le rasage.
Pas d'électricité disponible pour la tente ( certains branchement bricolés non protégés de la pluie!).
La bouilloire n'était pas publique dans la cuisine et finalement, on prenait celle d'un client jusqu'à son départ sans le savoir.
Des tentes et véhicules les uns à côté des autres.
Peu de place en cuisine pour s'assoir à certaines heures.
Payer 1 € pendant 3 jours ( total 3 €) pour mettre juste une bouteille de vin dans le frigo ( et rien d'autre) ce qui fait cher la bouteille de vin. Aurait pu être offert vu que l'on a dû dormir dans la voiture devant le camping le premier jour car fermé à notre arrivée.
Accès routier difficile et stationnement dans la rue pas toujours évident.
Pas de signalisation claire du camping en arrivant et on a du faire deux fois le passage devant le portail pour savoir qu'on était arrivé.
On doit demander à tout le monde pour savoir où trouver le responsable en entrant dans le jardin/ camping de la résidence.

2- The washrooms are in a comunal space with individual lockable cubicles that provide privacy.
3- The showers have been refurbished prior to your arrival and the facilities are cleaned several times a day.
4-We do have cats, small dogs and chickens in the property and they are friendly to adults and children alike.
5-Once again, the site you have used to make the booking clearly states that there is no electricity for tents. As part of our licence we can only provide electricity to Caravans/motorhomes equipped to do so.
6- As per terms and conditions of the booking, cancellations are possible up to 7 days prior to check in. Demand is high and slots are often booked well in advance.
7- We welcome constructive feedback and work upon it to improve our facilities, this is a family business and we pride ourselves in receiving everyone the best we know how. You were upset because cars need to park outside and no electricity aloud to tents and so you decided to make untruthful comment with rage with the only intention to denigrate others which is not nice!

Only 1 shower working & 2 toilets for around 16 guests, even though the campsite was technically closed. Not good value for money, have stayed at much better sites for half the price.
Dear Mary, we were closed for holiday and due to an error you were still able to book. You agreed to stay although we had a team performing maintenance work in the washrooms. Although I was 4500Km away still gave you support on whatsapp and was always avaiable. Apologies that my dogs barked more when we were away but it is a normal reaction as I was not there to introduce you to them. Prices of camping grounds vary according to the location and note we are 3Km away from Azenhas do Mar beach and 7Km from Sintra, but you are entitled to your opinion.
We are pleased we stayed here to give a change to the larger sites
