The facilities are immaculate and the staff go above and beyond to help make your stay the best. We withstood storm Lilian and still had an amazing first ever camping trip. We will be returning as the views are also amazing.

Not really a dislike as a solution was given but a lock on the inside of the accessible toilet is needed so no one is caught in a embarrassing situation when someone else uses the key 🤣 yes that was me lol

This is a fantastic campsite - I loved the location, the brand new showers and friendly owners.

The 53mph winds coming straight off the Atlantic! This was Storm Lilian though - 100% bad timing on our part and absolutely no reflection on the campsite!!

Had to leave at 6 am but the gate appeared locked. Had to wake reception. Turned out it just looked locked. Maybe a better way to set this for future customers.

Beautiful site, lovely welcome, toilets and showers were fab..hot and clean! Pub literally 2 minutes walk and beach about 4 minutes walk!

Really friendly staff, lovely open site, the kids were roaming free, just like camping should be!

Great location as it's just across the road from the beach. It has clean facilities, including a shower for those in wetsuits or those straight off the beach, thereby keeping the main showers sand free.

David is extremely business-like and is balanced out by Sue who is chatty and very welcoming, therefore they make a good management team.

The washing up sinks are set back about 4 inches into a wooden counter. Because I'm only 5ft 3, I ended up with a wet midriff everytime I did the dishes, so it's a good idea to use a plastic apron if you have one.

WiFi was poor.

Choice of pitch was an amazing feature, showers and toilets were impressively clean and great quality.
Stunning location with lovely sea and rolling hill views. Super helpful and kind hosts. Late departure time of 12pm gives plenty of time for breakfast, a swim in the sea or just a relaxed ly-in with no rush to pack away. Very reason if not cheap prices especially due to time of year. Overall pleasant experience.

rather hard to fault to place, if you had a hard think the only thing I could imagine others complained about is some of the feild being sloped making it harder to sleep in a tent however if this is a problem it’s very easy to just move to a flatter area which is another bonus of having choice of where you would like to pitch up!
