Very helpful site kept really well, toilet showers cleaned every day .
Wardens were there to help you .

Site should be signed posted that it is behind the pub or put on your e mail information when booked they tell you your pitch number , we went straight past and had to turn round and come back after fortunately seeing some who new where it was not good with a caravan on the back .

Brilliant location just off the A55, peaceful, exceptionally well looked after site.
Level and large pitches, showers are very clean, plenty of them for the site size and large cubicles. Good enclosed dog walking area.
WiFi was strong and fast

The pitch size is enormous. The showers and toilets are plentiful, modern and very clean. The washing up facilities are great and they really do recycling. They even have a gym. The dog walk is pretty good and the whole site is very nicely kept. Oh and the wardens always seem to be on duty and are very helpful.

Easy access from the main road no going down narrow country lanes to get to site.

Unfortunately the hard standing is really hard with house bricks and lumps of concrete hidden under the slate chippings. Bent four heavy duty steel pegs and had to leave out some pegs from the awning as no way could I get a peg in where required, need a pneumatic drill.
On the pitch itself when facing the pitch the electric connection post is on the left and the water is on the right so approx 24ft between them, so you need a 30ft hose pipe for water connection and approx 20ft to 25ft of drainage piping to reach the drain if you park your caravan in the middle with your awning attached. Never come across a pitch layout like this before. Mentioned to Wardens who were new to this site and they also said that it had been commented before and noted to the site owners. So come prepared if looking for full service.
The restaurant on site is very nice, but a bit expensive.
The reason I gave only four stars is because of the above mentioned notes

Spacious pitches with well
maintained surroundings. Pub next door was dog friendly and food was very good. It was easy to reach local places.

2 nights on the run Fri/Sat had a lot of noise from the club house until 1130 then all went quiet. Wished we had known the touring pitches where so close to the club as we would have gone elsewhere. Facilities and grounds and the staff were spot on.

Level pitches, very nicely laid out & well kept. Good facilities. Very good pub/ restaurant next door. Easy access off A55, and handy gateway stop to further north Wales areas. No fuss entry, pitch number issued in advance

Pitch 8 occasional waft of chemicals from septic tank behind pitches 6/7/8, but not so noticeable to complain.

Adult only site with great amenities all spotless. Lovely pub on site with amazing food. Couldn't fault it
