Pods were a great size lovely and clean. Beautiful setting with loads of space for the kids to run around

The entrainment was good fun, my daughter had a fantastic time. The pool was limited to a certain amount of people and time so it wasn't over crowded.
The shower block was clean.

The pod was really nice and spacious and we had a travel cot in there too which still left plenty of room.

The holiday park was lovely as well as the staff we saw. we basically had the pool to ourselves which was nice.

Food from restaurant was average and quite expensive for what we got.

In our pod it just needed cleaning more the cobwebs as we lifted the blinds up and the dust and old crisps under the beds left from previous pod users. Outside the pod in the woodchip was broken glass so couldn't put the non walker baby down the grass field was fine.

The play park was good other than odd bit of broken glass.

Was very clean staff was lovely had a very relaxing stay caravan was very nice and clean site was spotless

Cant think of nothing bad was a very enjoyable 4 days

The camping pods were clean, new and comfortable. Plenty of room for two adults. Very cosy and warm even without using heater. Quiet location on far edge of park with fields beyond.
Table, chairs, night stand, mirror, broom and dustpan provided. Adequate usb and power points, overhead lighting and bedside lights. Double bed had ok mattress but covered in plastic, which would make it a bit sweaty, advise put a thin duvet between mattress and bottom sheet. However it means the mattress stays clean, so probably just as well. Bath block a five minute walk, clean and had adequate paper and hand soap. The restaurant was geared towards families, with wide screen TV, kiddie entertainer. We ate there one night but sat out on patio to avoid the noise, plenty of seating. The fish and chips was excellent, chips literally best I've ever had.

The bath block for the camping pods was not heavily used as few people booked in the pods when we were there, but one of the 3 lady's loos was out of order all three nights we were there, cd have been a problem at a busier time. There was no WiFi available in our pod seemingly, our phones showed no network available, though we didn't inquire at reception, just used our data.

My son and I usually do tent camping. It was great to stay half price for 2 nights and having the benefits of heating and charging points (USB and plugs). It seems the power is not strong enough to use heating and plugs at the same time but the pod is very warm anyway as it is wood and heats up fast. Mattresses very comfortable and covered in plastic so easy to disinfect between stays. Pillows and duvet provided just bring linen. I brought my little stove so I haven't used the on site food and facilities. On the checkout day we used the pool, shower there are only 5 and in the communal area and must be in/out quickly between slots. You have half an hour in the water in total. Water is warm but my son was still cold. No-one else was cold, adults must be in the water with children under 12 and there's a children's one next to each other.

Back at the pods people must be more considered when parking as not allowed to park on grass or roads, luckily being April there wasn't many caravans so a few of us parked out of the parking area, very uncomfortable.
The showers are very warm/hot although there's no heating there. Hairdryers are provided but I had mine and used it in the pod instead. There are not many toilets but again as the site wasn't at full capacity it was good. At the back of the block there's a professional kitchen sink for 2 families with separate hot and cold water and space to put bucket on. I was worried about washing up according to previous reviews and I see how people could have missed it as there's no sign and right at the back.

Also there's a very spacious and well equipped accessible toilet with a long strong ramp to the block. I wish they would have put some steps too to make it quicker for people in need of saving time.

There's flood lights on the path from the pods to the block overnight so a torch is not essential. Pod has 2 windows and can be opened. Also curtains which helps.

My son loved the bunk bed too. The 2 shelves cabinet was helpful to store food but the "draw" was used to store a brush and pan... Pretty disgusting and I left them outside over our stay. A broom is also provided.

I arrived after 5pm and reception was shut and nobody answered my email the previous days enquiring about checking in. I called during the day several times but no answer and redirected to the central services. Useless.

Finally I entered twice in the restaurant before skipping the long queue and asking what to do. They had the envelope with information and keys there.

You do not need to join the bar queue, no worries.

The ramp too long for the toilets. People smoking in the toilets and taking dogs inside too. My son is scared of dogs and when he went in the dog started barking so he run out running and would not go back.

I don't think there's enough facilities in high season considering that caravan people use them too.

We haven't tried the playground but kids were enjoying it.
